I've been here about 10 time and they make great sandwiches and the Mac and cheese is exactly the type that I like. HOWEVER, I have to call out the tomatoes. I've had good tomatoes from Potbelly, but I've also had several bad tomatoes. And my last visit I had the worst ever. I can't believe the employee would serve this! It had been awhile since we had eaten at Potbelly and it did not disappoint. The server was very friendly and made some great suggestions. I got the Italian with hot peppers and it was delicious! We will not be waiting as long between visits from now on.
