Blessed are the hands of this Chef!!I order the salmon/tuna poke almost 3-4x a week. The food is delicately set and each bite is a new experience of flavor.I’ve been to a number of sushi restaurants and the flavors here are by far one of THE BEST flavors you’ll experience. Upon entering, the restaurants environment is very classy and beautifully decorated.The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable on the various types of fish.But where this restaurant truly shines is in the quality and granularity of the nigiri. It was phenomenal; the salmon belly was precisely scored in a series of parallel cuts which contributed to texture, and the Uni was the freshest I’ve ever had.I highly recommend this place – it is a true gem.

If I could give this place 100 star rating, I would. This is the best sushi I have ever had…. I have been around the world to multiple places and not one place compares to Sushi Moto. The flavour is phenomenal. The sauce on each roll was delicious. Words do not do this place justice. Thank you for serving the best rolls. The service was the best and so personable. The sushi was a masterpiece of art. I will be coming back often!!
