Went to a private party for my niece’s Aggie Ring Day and the restaurant was on point. I wanted to give kudos to ‘Noor’, our main server in the private room.She was so pleasant and easy going. You could tell she was very happy with her job and she did it well. She made everything perfect. No doubt, we would ask for her again when we come back.Highly recommend this place. Super delicious!
Porters is an upscale fine dining experience. I felt the ribeye steak was excellent, as was the Mac n cheese, steak fries, & green beans. The mashed potatoes were very good. The wagyu chicken fried steak was below average, as was the 5 oz western cut filet that was a daily special. It is pricey , 5 of us $330 with tip. If I could give a six star on service, I would. We were there Friday night for my niece’s celebration on receiving her Aggie ring and were seated at a private room for our large party. Our waitress, Noor was so beyond just good service. She had such a great attitude and great smile as she was so pleasant the whole night as we closed the place down. Would definitely come again just to have her tend to us. Oh and of course the food was great!
