We visit this location often but tonight stood out more then any other visit, I ordered my food through the app and went to pick it up, when I got there we realized my food was accidentally given to someone else, (we are human we all make mistakes) but without missing a beat they were preparing my food again while still interacting with me! I went in to try the new chicken Parmesan meatball sub. The sub was ok, they didn't get my order right. Even after repeating it to the cashier. And the jalapeno kettle cooked chips were stale.

The changes in the new app screwed up my order, and the restaurant never received it. I wanted to commend Jess, who was cleaning up to close for the night for providing over and above customer service. She looked at my receipt in the app, and got everything back out to make my sandwich, and was super-friendly. She is an absolute asset as are most of the staff at this location. We have always had great experiences when we order from there. Great Job!!
