Everything we ordered was absolutely incredible. The gentleman working the window was sooo kind and friendly. You HAVE to stop here! Try the birria platter & mango ceviche, a twenty hour drive down and they did NOT disappoint! If we're ever back in the area 100% would eat again. Leave a review to get the word out of how amazing they are!
First time having birria tacos after seeing videos of quesabirria tacos on youtube. Everything was balanced well. Consomme reminded me of Pho soup where you strike a balance between savory, sweet, spicy, oil and acidity. Actually inspired me to make my own birria which turned out great but was an all day cook, with loads of dishes and now my back is sore, so I respect their craft.The wait is a little long but worth it, could call ahead. I am 51 years old and I have enjoyed some of the best food and service from Boston to LA. I was never more excited to enjoy the Berria Tacos from this location. I have been in Corpus for 1 year and have heard no less than 50 positive experiences from this iconic location. We all know Whataburger all got started here and Selina home town now Birrieria y Mariscos El General is also getting known throughout the state of Texas.Don't stop keep doing it your way.
