Long lines. Rude employees. I walked away with no food.Upon arriving at the restaurant, my first issue was the long line. Now, even though this is typical, it is still extremely frustrating. After waiting over 30 minutes to get to the front, I overhear a customer ask, "Is all you have chicken?" The employee replies "yes" and then I proceeded to ask,"Do you have any steak?" The slowest service possible. In the time it takes you to get through the hour line, you could have been seated, eaten, and paid for your bill at Kiko’s (and for about the same price). The last 3 times I’ve gone they have been out of some main ingredients. Last night it was cheese, the time before, steak and the time before that, cheese again. I hate that this is the only chipotle in town the service sucks and it’s always soooo dirty the girl that I think is the manager is very unprofessional smh every time I go it gets worse look into your stores @
