Wow, what a find. Best home cooking I have had in a long time. The menus is diversified...soup, salad, seafood, southern fixin's. The potato soup and cobbler was fantastic...house made I'm sure. Very cheerful and delightful waitress. Very good price. This one is a mistake to pass up.
If your looking for a home cooked meal with that down home feeling this is it. One of the remaining ma and pa diners offering up some great food and ample portions. Country gravy, daily specials and sweet tea oh dear me... stop and give em try !

This is the best home cooked meal you can find in the Coastal Bend area! I had the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes, and green beans. With yellow gravy on the side. Yummy my husband had the ribeye steak and eggs with the Big A... Biscuit it was great!
