Today I had the twice baked potato with butter, sour cream, chives, brisket bark all mixed in with the potato and topped with brisket. It was absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing!!! Jerry’s BBQ is the best in town. If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out!! I have had everything on the menu over the years and am never disappointed. Thank you Jerry for giving us such great food, a very clean environment to eat your food, and such great music to listen to as we eat. Everything is on point.

This was my first time eating here and I’m from Louisiana where the food is amazing everywhere. So I gave it a try because I am a fan of BBQ, though they were out of the bacon-tators, I got the beans, Mac and cheese with beef ribs. I’m a really big fan of beef ribs and it was so good, cooked perfectly. The lady at the drive thru was polite and gave us her opinion on all the best foods. She made sure we had everything we needed and more, a really good experience and I highly recommend going to Mac’s BBQ.

I am a Corpus boy who lives in Italy now, so when visiting my hometown I was looking for some good brisket. This place does meat right! I had the Gordo taco (brisket point on a great tortilla), and a beef rib with a side of green beans and mac and cheese. The brisket and rib was melt in your mouth, and I was surprised to hear that he doesn't add salt and pepper or anything to his brisket, yet it is delicious. You can really taste the mesquite and love that he puts into it. Why Bill Millers (not bad but not authentic like this) has a line around it and this place doesn't is beyond me.

I can’t speak for the dine-in, but the service was fast, efficient and friendly. (I also LOVE the signs at the serving counter). I bought 2 lunches for a couple of customers. They got four meats, plus sides and desserts. This plate was so full that they had to try to tape the takeout container shut! I’m satisfied that you get what you pay for. I can’t wait to order for myself.
