My boyfriend and I regularly stop here and service is rarely bad but today I had the pleasure of being helped by angelic (probably not spelled right) in the drive threw. She happily answered my questions about the new hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso. She seemed excited to help us out and the drinks were picture perfect . I attempted at calling the store and boast about her customer service to the manager on duty but the phone wasn't answered.
This is a busy store! But the staff hustles and is always friendly and efficient.Parking: There are very few spots available for Starbucks, but the rest of the shopping center parking is available. In the mornings it is very packed.The line for the drive-through window can’t extend the entire length of the shopping center at times, making navigating in and out of parking spaces tricky.

They are always sold out of 50% of what’s on the board, and don’t even bother to try anything new that’s being advertised because it will be sold out as well. Drive through service was so nice and accommodating and I know it’s not her fault but Starbucks needs to get it together.
