We visited the Tavern-on-the-Bay for a couple of drinks. The bartender was very friendly and accommodating. The drinks were good, cold, and reasonably priced. Not a large selection of liquors, but the offerings were sufficient. I will return when next in CC.

This place is the absolute best! The food is delicious, the service is great, the location is superb, and they are dog friendly. They even have a dog menu where you can get your dogs lunch or dinner. Either chicken breast or hamburger patty with plain white rice plus pup cups for dessert. Like WHAT? I took my lab and my golden along with my family and we all had the best time. Highly recommended!
We waited for over 35 mins to get our main course served. Food is so so. Rest room in shortage. U have to queue for a certain time to enter. Servers are nice though.

We went for dinner. The service was top tier and the drinks were okay. Our waiter Mike was so nice answered all our questions & helped us out. He was so nice that we didn't want to tell him our food wasn't that good. The food presentation was nice but it tasted horrible. The grilled food entrees were extremely dry and had a strong fishy taste and the fried food was over cooked tasted almost burnt but I think they had the oil they fry in for a very long time because you can taste it. Atmosphere was nice, suggestions would be to add more fans because it was extremely hot in certain areas.

Unfortunately, the restaurant does not carry AC inside the establishment, but they do have fans that help during the harsh summer weather. The hospitality they carried for me, my wife, and our 9 month old son was superv. The food was overall amazing!
