The wait time is ridiculous, the estimated time for your order is never correct. The time your order is actually ready to pick up exceeds over 15 minutes. There's is more then 4 staff members on-site therefore it isn't a staffing matter. This location is not being managed well. The pizza is never cut correctly. Dissatisfied custumer.
Honestly I'm not happy at all with the extra time that I had to wait there for my order because when I placed my order it said it would be ready at specific time right, well when I got there I still had to wait 1 hour to get my order...oh and not even Im sorry or nothing...WOW. Also it was so disappointing what I saw when waiting, there was a lady and she asked about her order when she got there so after waiting and waiting for a really long time she went to go ask again for...read full review
