The guy who took order took forever to answer the headset and when he did he was so rude talkin bout “I’m waiting on you” when we said hello over and over again when go to the window he had music all the way up and was so rude !
I got the new Spicy Chicken Strip combo. It was great and it was a lot of food, and the girl gave me three ranches which was nice. The only thing was the drink selection was not really that great. I was really hoping for some Powerade or lemonade but like so many drinks were unavailable, that's the only thing.

The intercom over drive-through doesn’t work very well and you almost have to drive up to the window to even order. It took a very long time to get my food in. This wasn’t the first time either, every time I’ve gone here it always takes almost 15 minutes to get my food. I will not be returning to this Jack-in-the-Box anymore. It’s definitely fallen off on it customer service, and quality.
