The food was great, but the dining area and the restaurant in general are unclean. Table and chairs left in disarray, dust covered air vents and ceilings, dead flies and dried out food on windowsills. It just felt gross.
Had to wait in line several customers back for a rapid pick up, for a sip club order that i placed ahead of time on the app. No large cups at the pick up counter and I was told to ask from front counter with the long line. I don't see what is rapid about this kind of pick up. No hazelnut or decaffeinated coffee available. I've had better service here during the week. Stopped here before going to work and ordered a whole toasted frontega sandwich with chips. It’s been a minute since I’ve eaten here but I’ve noticed that the bread changed and the chips got smaller.
