Placed mobile order , yet I still had to wait in line for 20 minutes with everybody else who was just placing an order cuz otherwise they ignore you. There is no point of making a mobile order cuz they will not make it until you get in line and ask for it. Also notice that if you're a Latino customer you get free food, and premium service. Everybody else gets ignored. I will not return to this location.

Surprised on how kind they are at this location. I always come to get popeyes atlease once a month on saturdays around lunch time (if you work around those hrs, thank you) They are always fast and I forgot to mention.. It’s an order for a dental office!!! Trust me i’m always amazed on their customer service and how fast they are with the big order!! The manager is mannered & attentive and so so kind! Thank you!! The lady who ordered my food was a sweet person- but idk if it was a miscommunication between her and the other workers or what but they got my order a little messed up. Ordered chicken tenders and I asked for sauce- but no sauce in the bag- also they accidentally swapped out the large mashed potatoes for a large red beans and rice I mean I was a hungy baby when I got the food- i still ate it ofcourse- but it was sadly bland without sauce.
