Crew seems to be doing their best based on what they’re given, but there seems to be a bit of miscommunication as far as training. I ordered an Italian on white with basically everything on it except mustard and hot peppers. I only got Mayo and lettuce. This is the 3rd time I’ve come here and not get what I ordered. Which sucks because I love potbelly. But I hate not getting what I ordered.
