I ordered the Chocolate Chunk Brownie Blast and when I got it it was only the chocolate chunks and no brownies that I could see. So I had them redo it, but when I got the new one it looked the same with some more chocolate chunks. After that I talked to a manager and she told me that the brownie pieces were so small that they get mixed in and hidden by the chocolate chunks. I waited on Stall #11 around 2:36pm for 15 minutes. I pushed the button multiples of time, but no response. It’s not that busy today. While waiting, I ate my snacks & made some calls to the manager, but no answer. I called Claudia, the district manager & she answered; she indicated that the PA system on Stall 11 was not working; It only takes 30 seconds to put sign on it.
