I asked the manager who happened to be working the drive thru if I could order in person since I ask for grilled burritos. She said just use the kiosk. I asked her where is the option for grilled, she rolled her eyes and said what do you want. I have been a loyal Taco Bell customer and have NEVER been treated this way.Then when I received my order it was wrong. Similar to being forced to be your own cashier at big box stores, you have to order at a kiosk when inside. For those of us who don't want to do somebody else's job, I would suggest avoiding inside. Drive-thru is the only way to have a human take your order. (There was a woman behind the counter quick to come and offer help at the kiosk).I guess Taco Bell is trying to do away with employees. How long before a robots build the tacos?

Second time in a row I upgrade my burrito to steak for 1.80$ and it’s still beef when I get home , why csn they not see this. How can I get my money back , do I really need to show up another day and say uh I ordered steak and didn’t get steak ? There has to be a easier way ? I’m now out 4$ and I just throw out the beef burrito cuz I hate Taco Bell’s beef
