Be prepared to wait a LONG time for your food. Small restaurant, 2-3 staff members and they are very busy. For reference: was told my to go order would take 30 minutes and it took 1 hr 18 minutes. The wait is worth it cuz these are juicy, delicious wings but would prefer an honest estimate so I don't get there too early. Also, my last order of 24 wings was missing 2 wings. Very disappointing considering the long wait and well we paid for 24 not 22 wings. That said, the staff is nice and the wings are delicious. Would highly recommend the liver and gizzard plate too... mmmm.... I'll definitely be back!

Absolute slowest, and unapologetic service I have ever gotten. I called in an order and was given at wait time of 30 minutes... Ok, no big deal. I arrived about 20 minutes later expecting to wait about 10 minutes or so. I've been here an hour now, and after asking where my order was, was told..."it'll be another 10 minutes". I finally got my order an HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES after placing it. This is poor customer service at its peak. I don't care what the food is like, if the service is this bad, I won't ever come back.

I was nearby and thought I would give this place a try. I had the chicken tenders since I was starving and planned to snack on my way home. Wow, so crispy, juicy, flavorful. Everything was piping hot and fresh. Better than all the big name places combined. This is a gem, go give them a try.

The staff is so nice treat you like family food is fresh one of the best spots to get a bite yo eat I highly recomended I live in Southwest Dallas( Oak Cliff) and drove there just for Chicago style chicken will go back again. THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN in The Colony/Plano. My boyfriend and I love fried drumsticks and so we ordered some and they were delicious! Perfectly cooked and seasoned very well. Highly recommend to also try their fried mushrooms! We love how fresh everything was in our order. They will absolutely be seeing us more often. We are so happy to finally find a good fried chicken place in our area. On top of the food being amazing, the customer service was also spectacular. Overall amazing experience and definitely made our night.

One cool tip: the chicken is fried to order, so when you receive the chicken, give it at least 7-10 minutes unless you wanna burn your tongue and deal with the pain for a week.But damn this was a pretty good fried chicken. I had the plate with fried chicken, fried catfish, and fried mushroom. Hubby got the fried chicken, fried gizzards, and french fries. Fried fried fried. The Cluckin seasoning was pretty good, which is a Chicago thing I was told. As mentioned before, the chicken is fried to order, so expect a wait. Another cool tip: $2 leg and thigh on Tuesdays and $1 wings on Wednesday! Phone in the order.Overall, this is a solid spot for fried chicken in the west side of Plano. Enjoy!

Catfish with the cluckin dust is really good! It's best to call ahead if you can because everything is cooked fresh or the wait is about 20-40 minutes depending on how busy they are.

Chicken is good you wont be disappointed!customer service was dry and did not feel welcoming more of a I just want your money and keep it moving vibe. I can say food is fresh cook to order shout out to the cook,did not have the pleasure of meeting him but I could hear him from the kitchen and from one chef to another I can tell from his upbeat attitude he truly has a passion for cooking because of him I gave this spot 4 stars. Customer service can make or break a business the owner should try working on that.

Chicken was so good it turned a bad day into a good day.
Staff was very nice and accurate with their timing as far as how long the food would take. You can still sit outside and eat, but it's too hot out for that so I took my food home. The only con I have is the chicken was a tad bit soggy for my liking being tossed in the sauce. I should've asked for extra crispy, but with it being my first time here I'll know in the future. I highly recommend the Chicago mile sauce; it's sweet and all around amazing especially on the fries. Over all very satisfied, just ask for extra crispy!!!

Ordered the Saturday Wing Special 24 wings for 26$. In my opinion there wasn't enough sauce put on the wings. If I lived closer I would have gone back to get more. The chicken tenders I ordered were good, no complaints. Will not order fries again as a side, no seasoning.

Have been here 3 times and the chicken is always great. Tried the catfish today too. They do both chicken and catfish right. Crispy on the outside; juicy on the inside - yum. They advertise Chicago style but anyone is going to like this chicken. This is not McDonald's so don't expect to get your food on a fast food pace. That being said, it's worth the wait. Not even in the same league with fast food.

By far the best fried chicken I've had in 40 years living in Dallas.Great hot and almost as good cold the next day - buy more than you need. We tried the catfish on our second run and it was outstanding - breading was crisp, not greasy. Our brains were much bigger than out stomachs and we had leftover filets. Reheated them in the over and they didn't lose their crust, it crisped up perfectly again and was really good.Good sides - though skip the fries and go with tots. Okra was outstanding and fried shrooms are very good. Be prepared to wait when you order - it takes a while to make it perfect.
