Greenville Ave pizza is probably the best pizza in Dallas. Open late. I do security in various spots close by and it always hits the spot when I get off at 2. Staff is cool af too. Dave portnoy would approve lol.
Anyone who has been in GAPCO on a weekend night can attest to the fact that it is packed, boisterous and chaotic. So, when I waited 30 minutes for my take-out, I realized something went awry. I spoke to Josh, the manager of the Greenville Avenue location about my overdue pie and he took care of me. There is pizza then there is PIZZA! This place is a gem of a spot that i can not believe I have missed for so long. The crust, the thickness, the flavors it all worked perfectly. Yes, it's limited seating but worth the wait.
