I ordered a pizza, picked it up and drove back to work only to find out it was wrong. This happen and I'm not a Karen. So I just called them and they offered to remake it and refund me. I told them I didn't have time due to my lunch break. So they offered to bring the pizza to me, which I accepted. Not only did they deliver it, but also brought me a large with a drink to make it right. That is a great example of turning a mistake into a great experience. Thank you!

The pizza in my opinion was the worst pizza I ever had. I got a big brother pizza and it was nothing like I expected. And the pizza is way over priced.. 30 bucks down the drain... service was great tho.

I ordered vegi pizza at the the West Plano location last Saturday. The ingredients appeared to be from cans. The pizza was overly salty and full of sodium. It was very hard to eat more than a piece or two at one time.They should have low sodium option and stop putting canned toppings.

i Fratelli Plano West ROCKS! How? The food is phenomenal, services is on point, and “Chris” makes everything all better if you ever have a concern which I rarely don’t but Chris makes the point to make sure all is customer satisfactory! Kudos to Chris and iFratelli.
Last several times ordering an extra crispy cheese pizzas, and the pizza tastes dry and not really all that enjoyable. Ordered a lot of pizzas from this location over the years and always tasted awesome, but lately it’s just not very tasty. I think maybe the cheese mixture has changed and it can’t handle the high heat very well or the pizzas are being cooked at too high a heat over too short a time or just too long in general. Not sure, but it’s just not like it used to be. Hopefully they can make some changes and make it better in the future.

I’ve purchased hundreds of pizzas from Ifratellis over the last 25 years across several different locations. Recently, we received one from the Plano store. My wife thought it was spoiled, but when I called the store, the manager said they had changed cheese to save money. I pointed out we didn’t think it tasted good and he said it didn’t matter unless they received more complaints and he’d only had a few so far. Too bad, went from the best in town to gross.

They have raised prices to the point that two large pizzas cost $50. I have been priced out of ordering. That's a shame....good pizza. But taken pricing too far. Just a heads up before someone else tries to order.

I had a bad experience at your Ifrattelli plano location. I have been a customer for 7 years and I am shocked of how I was treated! I had ordered 3 large pizzas one of them with one topping the second one with two and the vegetarian ! Since they don’t deliver to my address they offered me 20% discount! Well when I picked up the order, I noticed my bill was $55 so I asked the rep James is that with discount he said yes. I felt I was scammed! I said no that’s the full price and he denied! I asked him specifically how much was each pizza, his answer was vague and misleading! Then he continued to say if you don’t like it I can take back your order, I said but I already paid! I trusted your establishment so I paid without hesitation until I realized there’s discrepancy! I am so disappointed you have lost a loyal customer for good.Have a nice day
