Broth connoisseurs of Dallas! REJOICE!Dare I call this bowl of soup..... refreshing??? This Yuzu Shio with chicken broth (in the attached image) was bright in flavor without being heavy or too rich. Service is quick, and my server was helpful in identifying appetizers and a soup that would speak to my soul ?? This might be the best or one of the best ramen shops in dfw. Broth was delicious and their charsu was tender, thick cut, and had a nice char. Service was on point and quick. Definitely give this place a try.

Best ramen East of Japan if you ask me. Noodles are imported from Japan and the Ramen and pork buns are phenomenal. I will never waste my money at Wabi House or Monkey King Noodle ever again.
