“This is by far one of the cleanest and tidiest Jimmy John’s, that I have been to. restrooms are always clean and Service is phenomenal.I highly advise for anyone in the area to visit this location. The owner of this franchise honestly needs to be proud of its extra mile employees.“

“This is my favorite Jimmy John's in the area. Of course they're quick, but the service is friendly! I enjoy the Italian night club and I always add the peppers to spice it up. I love their wheat bread! There is plenty of indoor seating and a few tables outside to enjoy the weather as well. Parking in front and in the parking garage. Security in the area help with the homeless coming from the hospital. I always feels safe here.“

“Bought a couple of sandwiches for myself and a friend. Mine met my expectations but my friend says that they have the worst bread of all the sub sandwich places. I had never really thought about the bread that much. I love their roast beef sand.“

“I am always able to order and receive my sandwich fast. Since I need to restrict carbs, the Unwich is ideal. Instead of bread, these sandwiches are wrapped with fresh high quality lettuce. And the new staff is very friendly making this place perfect for a quick lunch.“

“the nice thing about Jimmy John is my 3 friends and I can split 2 sandwiches and be full by the end of it. They're so big lol, even just the regular size. We tried the new Beefy Ranch and the Club Tuna. The Beefy Ranch is solid as they give a lot of beef and the ranch is, well it's ranch. Can't really go wrong. There's also crunchy crouton things that give it nice texture. It's in a tortilla wrap, not a sandwich which surprised me. Club Tuna is a usual fav. It's pretty rich with the mayo tuna salad and thickkkk pieces of provolone but really good if you like Tuna Salad and cheese. They always give a good amount of meat and I like that! “We came in around 8 pm and the store was totally empty. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly (I didn't catch his name but he was tall!) and provided excellent service. It was a really refreshing experience. Our sandwich was also perfect and tasty!“

“Great Sandwich! Store was slow bit it took awhile to order. There was only a new associate in training at the counter and he had to wait for another associate to return to take my order. He said he did not know how to operate the register yet.“

“This is a good store. I order from here 2-3 times a week and the food tastes great and fresh. One time I got a sandwich with too much oil and they comped it, no problem. The bad reviews are probably from when the store was brand new, things change. Dog friendly too.“

“I worked at the store and they did not pay me for two wings and a tip out cash out for delivery driving they never paid me and I worked my butt off and they never paid me at all. They keep saying they sent my checks through the mail they never did if I were you I would never work for the store because other employees were already warning me that they do that that they try to get out from paying you and that’s exactly what they’re doing to me they’re trying not to pay me.and I’m talking about the one in downtown Dallas the one off victory and his name is Luke they will not pay you be careful working for them that’s the most dishonest store I have ever worked at in my life!!!!“

I've never had any issues with them and have been a couple of times. everyone is super friendly, helpful, and just awesome!! never any issues with my order or anything of the sort.“

He always has a smile on his face and is happy to help everyone. He opens the door for everyone and is so friendly. The entire staff is amazing.
