“Cutest Starbucks Pick Up store to date. I came in with my friend to order my iced matcha drink which surprisingly tasted better than most. The vanilla sweet cold foam is thicker at this store. This is known as a pick up store meaning you typically have to order first then pick up. However, the baristas took great care of us even during their minor peak hours. Super great service and attitude.“
“I don't know why my regular coffees don't taste good anymore! I asked to add milk and the coffee became cold. It should not change the temperature. Also, it doesn't taste fresh. I feel like they always get old coffee. Not just this place but also on all the ones i have visited. If i get a latte it tastes fresh. That's because they get the espresso fresh.“

“Probably my favorite Starbucks, ever, primarily because of the outstanding design. It's super extremely spacious yet somehow still cozy, with a little area tucked away in the back if you're craving a little extra privacy. There's ample and diverse seating, and huge floor to ceiling windows line two walls, letting in plenty of light. However, because the street outside is shady, it isn't too sunny either in summer. There's outdoor seating as well. It seems like there's always parking right by the door, but if not, free garage parking is only yards away.“

And I've been to several other locations in between that time. And they had the holiday menu but this one hasn't since the 14th of December. I asked the girl when I drove round. “I have stopped at this location several times on my way into the office over the years. The service at the window is typically OK. No complaints but no big memorable compliments either. Just like all Starbucks locations, I am unsettled with the idea that I’m being asked to pay a tip on a small five dollar cup of coffee. I understand one could argue that the tip is going to the workers and all the hard work that they put in. I believe in tipping. I get that the workers should be valued more. So today my tip and suggestion is that Starbucks Sr. Leadership, reduce your bonuses and increases their salaries. I literally am taking time to write this review today because I paid over five dollars and some change for a tall white chocolate mocha, then asked to tip on a partially empty cup. When I was handed my cup, it felt a bit light. In my haste to drive away I put it in the cupholder, and when I got to the red light, I picked it up to take my first sip. I knew immediately that it was a half a cup of coffee . So I took the lid off and I was wrong. It was a little over half. I’m not happy because of how much I paid for a cup of coffee and then I didn’t even get a full cup. Maybe today I can just be called Coffee Caren. Okay.“

Admittedly, this location is one of, if not the best Starbucks in the area.My manicurist has repeatedly recommended I stop by, but I always just head to my fave on Lemmon. Well, today I decided to swing by instead of heading home, and I'm glad I did. The service is absolutely impeccable here. Reminds me of an era long gone and definitely is not the norm for most chain restaurants.IMO your location mgmt should do everything it can to keep the gentleman wearing glasses & ear plugs on their payroll. He's absolutely AMAZING!!! He handled an order change like it was no big deal. We all know from experience that's not how it can go more often than not. And the young lady working with him today (09Feb2024) made my coffee perfectly...like PERFECTLY...and quickly. I wasn't in a hurry but definitely appreciated the quick service. Keep her too!!!After receiving my coffee and egg bites, I decided to sit and stay a while. “My husband stops in a few times a week, staff is super nice and patient with him (English is his second language) He shows them a screenshot of what drink and with what adjustments (diabetic) he needs in the drink. “this is such an amazing starbucks ive been to so many different locations and this is by far my favorite. The baristas interact with customers so perfectly and remember the regulars aswell. they are very communicative with your order and make sure they ask the mobile order peoples about their order to make sure they're quick. they hire enough baristas so it can be fast paced and efficient. the seating areas are also big and they also have an outdoor seating which is so nice. i love coming here to study with my friends it is amazing i 10/10 recommend“

“This is probably my favorite Starbucks in Dallas, the interior atmosphere is upbeat and the location at the Park Lane Shops is always a fun time. “This Starbucks is located in the children’s health Dallas hospital. I order always online and then go pick it up, so I haven’t had a chance to interact with the staff but my order is always done on time. It gets pretty busy there and it’s nice atmosphere and always kept clean. Food tastes good and fresh.“

“I go here about twice a month and enjoy it—usually stay about 2 hours and work or read. I’ve never received the wrong order. My only complaint was that today no one ever cleaned the counter where the napkins and waste bin are. They were very dirty and sticky and it was pretty gross. The trash was over-full before being emptied, but it was emptied without a glance at the counter top. Otherwise I’m always happy to come here. Almost never buy food because I’ve already had breakfast.“

Free internet is always nice, even if it's on the slow side here. They have a good highchair for the kiddos. The location is outstanding. The coffee is hard to beat. I like the outdoor seating (when it isn't -5 or 105 degrees). This one has some competition with Foxtrot Cafe right across the street. I like them both, but Foxtrot has few more things than Starbucks in this case. Overall, this is a fine place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. I'm a regular here.“

“Just a heads up, this Starbucks location is inside of a kroger. I went here just wanting a couple of scones, line wasn't too long at about 10:00 a.m. on a weekday. Ideally I would have been able to get a blueberry scone and two of the smaller vanilla scones, but they only had blueberry and one vanilla which I thought was a little bit annoying. I would chalk that up to this just being a much smaller location and they probably don't have as much food on hand as a full standalone store. So if you're looking for something to eat maybe go elsewhere but the barista seemed fine to make any drink you needed.“

“Starbucks at Preston and Frankfort is one of the best locations in Dallas. The quality of customer service is first-class. This is probably due to the store manager, Andre, who really cares about his customers. Rudy is his right-hand man and does an excellent job as well. There are other Starbucks locations where the customer service is horrible, specifically the Starbucks at Beltline/Quorum and the Starbucks at Midway/Beltline. I would recommend avoiding these locations whenever possible. Starbucks has a customer service problem at many of its stores in Dallas. Whether they do anything about it is an open question.Getting bad service at certain Starbucks locations is why I really appreciate the folks at Starbucks at Preston/Frankfort. They treat customers the right way, with dignity and respect. “Staying in the Downtown area, I walked to this Starbucks. It's inside a business building where a bunch of other food tenants occupy -- I can tell this place is used for business because it shows that they are closed on Saturdays & Sundays.I ordered via mobile order and fortunately -- my order (an iced shaken espresso with sweet cream and half the classic) was already ready by the time I got there.The placed looked fairly busy but not overwhelmingly busy -- the baristas all seemed super friendly despite the influx of customers. I was able to get my morning caffeine charge and had a pleasant experience here!“

The store is a little small and the menu seemed a little bit pared down, but there were still plenty of hot and cold drinks to choose from and a good number of seats to study or work at. Parking is plentiful as well. I tried a nitro cold brew for the first time and it was cool, refreshing, flavorful and not at all acidic, which was really nice. The baristas were very friendly.“

But the 3 staff members were SUPER nice and accommodating, even showing me their system and how it works, to show it was received and made, but someone took it.
