Shepard's pie was delicious but the Asian spicy wings were not what my mouth expected. I was thinking sweet and sour with a little kick... This was wasabi multiplied by ghost pepper. Be cautious with Asian spicy wings.
For starters, it was a treat to walk into a bar for lunch to find out they had several non alcoholic beer options. The food was great. Fish and chips had the biggest piece of fish. Like larger than my head and was tasty, fresh, and crispy. Fried crunchy, scotch eggs were perfectly cooked and had good flavor. The cabbage rolls were seriously bomb. We went immediately after the eclipse. It was packed. Our poor waitress was at her wit's end. The food and drink options were great. My wife enjoyed a draft cider, which was dry (read "not too sweet"). It seems like a popular place for locals, too.
