“Drive thru order. They nailed it but should have. Only ordered two biggie bags. One was plain but with 2 different drinks. Spicy nuggets with ranch for both. Easy. The area is a bit rough but ok. Overall a pleasant experience at an older Wendy's.Noticed the $5 biggie bag with a .79 medium upgrade cost $5.99 each. Maybe its $5.20 there and not $5 even. Or menu issue. Or I missed something. “The manager greeted me upon entering, I waited for service and the cashier came to take my order, I noticed her nervous, assured her to take her time, I was not in a hurry, She smiled completed the order. After I received my order I let her know that everything is going to be alright. New jobs are hard smiles make all the difference in the world.“
“I stopped at this location on Friday to have lunch with a friend, as well as my mom who flew into town this week to visit. We arrived around 12:15 and decided to dine in. It was very busy there and for about an hour the drive thru had a line that stretched out to the street. When it came time for us to order, the manager names Andres took our order,and was exceptionally helpful with his knowledge and menu suggestions. He did not rush us as has happened to us in other restaurants. He was extremely kind and considerate to every single person who ordered (I pay attention to these things). He was very busy taking orders, assisting the food delivery drivers, helping out his other staff, and cleaning tables etc. He did this all with a smile and there is this sense of calmness and sincerity about him. While we were completely happy with our experience, we witnessed this one customer in particular who was being rude to other diners but especially the staff. The manner in which Andres handled the situation shows his professionalism and expertise. By the time the customer left, she was happy yet apologetic to us all. Andres display of politeness and his sense of calm shone through. When each customer left, he personally thanked each of us and wished us a good day. People in the food service industry like him are sadly becoming less and less it seems. He is a extremely valuable asset to this company and brand, and should be rewarded for his incredible professional ability. I will go to this location each and every time I want Wendy's, regardless of where I am in the Dallas area. “We had a very early flight back home to SEA and we were starving. Not many restaurant options before 0600. Thankful this Wendy’s was open. 8 min walk from our gate but it was worth it. Croissant sausage, chicken biscuit, and the iced coffee was so yum!“

“I had some issues here not going to lie not all the time my order was right, but the one thing I will always say is my food was never old or cold. If I address any problems they will always make it right. I love all the staff there even since I met Manager Lewis and then I cried when he left but they had a new Manager and she's amazing she always take care of me the same way Lewis did and they always remember me and know exactly what I like and don't like. I have never had another Wendy's treat me so good as this location. I believe they need more credit on their reviews and hope they get recognition for such outstanding service for this. As a returning customer and their local regular customer I hope they get a day off or some kind of recognition for their hard work and team work.“

“Triple meat with bacon square patties appeared to be rounded off. Did they go the way of McD's?Quarter pounder is now quarter dollar size.The patties did have some thickness and with triple meat and fries was satisfying. Still amazed that a burger and fries are over $9. What's next year going to bring, the $20 burger, buns extra!“
“I haven't had a #1 Dave's Single combo in ages! And I'm talking about 2 decades. I was feeling hungry and saw Wendy's and said what the hell! Ordered the #1 and was pleasantly surprised by how thick the meat was! I had to take a double take to see if it was accidentally a double Dave's. But nope it was a single patty. It was very tasty had everything on it. The fries were good and salted lightly. It was a good amount of fries in that box, I couldn't even finish it. But that burger yup it was gone quick!!! Had a Dr. Pepper because Coke was unavailable. Anywho will be ordering this #1 again when I'm hungry and there's a Wendy's coming up!!“
“If you like Wendy's, then you like Wendy's. It is pretty easy to love this place to be honest. I housed a spicy chicken club, with a large fry and a ten piece spicy nugget(in my opinion the best major chain chicken). Dude at the window was very funny and polite so I liked the service.“

“I received my order from here from DoorDash. It was good except the delivery guy threw an extra salad at the drive way after asking if it was my salad. DoorDash didn't care. Yawn¡ >_> Then he came back to order an order from his car for me with a note pad and a pen. He said it was for me. It was very nice of him to do. He had an earpiece and a phone and an extra smart phone. ?? I gave him a great tip. ??Vegetarian options: This was good food and clean.“

“I was disappointed at this place. I came in to dine in but needed to go to the restroom. They have doors with a code and the lady in the front was to busy. She was focus on the people on the drive thru then people in the dine in. I waited for about 3-4 min and another lady asked for code for the bathroom. She then went to open herself. I was telling the other lady you got to be kidding me. After I got out I did my order and she got it wrong too. I took the burger to her and said I told you I wanted a double stack Jr bacon burger. This place didn't even have napkins or straws outside for the customers. The lady who attended me was Maria.“

I visit this location a couple of times a month with my son for an appointment in the area and we always get great service. Orders are correct 99% of the time. Tables could stand to be wiped down after people leave, but I have definitely seen worse at other fast food places.Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten sensitive so I can't eat the bun when I get a burger, but they put it in a tray for me!“
“Everything is very delicious, they give it to you as you see in the photo, and the salads are very delicious. The bathroom is very clean, which is what I like most when a restaurant has a clean bathroom, that says a lot about all the people who belong to Wendys.“
