This place was better than ok but not great. The food was so so. The potatoes were hard. The size of OJ is ridiculously small. The place was loud and busy. Although, we were seated rather quickly, we had to wait for the servers to come over to take our order. Once ordered, the food came out pretty quickly. My breakfast sandwich lacked flavor. Came on a weekday that wasn't busy so service was attentive and kept everything topped up and checked on. The food was good and not too expensive, but not above and beyond. Parking was a problem though, so good luck finding something simple. Farmhouse skillet was good but needed less oil and perhaps more cheese. Pancakes were ok and drip. Coffee was decent enough. Would go back if asked!

Went here Sunday morning at 7 AM for breakfast. It did not disappoint and the reviews are legit. We had three types of specialty pancakes, eggs Benedict chorizo, and a Mexican dish with chips. JOSE was our waitress and she was amazing. Overall this place is fantastic. Definitely worth it.
