We ordered a mushroom pizza w Canadian bacon. It did not arrive correctly. However, the mayo topping was surprisingly delish. The whole vibe was mellow, and we had to ask for a waiter to order beer and then ask again for someone else to take our food order. We were the only customers at the time. The Mellow Mushroom in Denton just might be a little too “mellow“ for my taste.While the restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere was a little bland and uninviting. We love Mellow Mushroom and always make a point to stop by whatever location that is near to where we are at or going. This location we have been to twice when traveling to Dallas from Oklahoma and the pizza is always great! The service this last time we were here was really slow. The prices are good for what you get and the pizza is amazing, we just love the crust. Our favorite is the House Special pizza. highly recommend and will be back when we are in the area.
