My wife and I ordered a couple pizzas on a Friday night. Our order took a little longer than was initially quoted (...because a Door Dash driver stole our food!), but as soon as it was apparent that the order wouldn't be delivered when expected, Marisabell -I think they were the manager- called us to let us know that they did have our order, but it was just a little delayed due to the door dash issue. I will admit that it's been a while since I lived close enough to a Papa Johns to have eaten there more than a couple of times in the last decade.
