We've been to the drive-thru 5 times. Each time, they screw up the order - missing food, incomplete burger toppings, something. Today the "drink machine is down" so no soda and when we got home our bacon double cheeseburger had no bacon. This is the last time we'll visit this location. Not we'll managed, no visible employee training and food obviously made WAY in advance of when it was ordered, so it's cold and nasty when you take 3 mins to drive home. Can somebody please do something about the staff here. Almost every time I come here whoever is taking order is just horrible. They are always very unprofessional and give me an attitude. I think it'll be better every time I give this establishment another chance but its not. I couldn't even get my order today. I just sat waiting to order for what felt like 5 min and ended up leaving.
