I had placed an order through their mobile order and ordered extra bacon. I paid extra for it and when I went to pick it up. The burger had NO BACON. When I called to let them know what had happened they didn’t answer the five times I called! The nuggets were cold and soggy. Never again!
Horrible horrible experience! I placed my order online and went to the drive thru for pick up. The person in front of me took a long time so I left the drive thru and went inside to pick up my order. Upon entering I wasn’t greeted, instead all i heard was the employees talking amongst each other and to the person at the drive thru and speaking in a very unprofessional manner using curse words all while not even noticing I was there. Manager was very rude about a hair being in my burger and said he couldn’t do nothing about it and their very un profesional they have no hair nets on and the guy in back is sweating and wiping his sweat while putting orders in the bags
