I've been ordering here for years and never have a problem. The service is quick and efficient, the line never lasts too long. The food pairs perfectly with your late night cravings. It's always good, and the location has recently been completely remodeled with a brighter atmosphere.
Ordered online, so they had enough time to prep my order, show up and expect to get my order done right, I get home and it's missing items I call and speak to an employee and boy did he have some attitude, if you can't handle working in service industry then do us a service and get a different job and leave it to someone who's gonna have good customer service, nothing was resolved, he really said well how would you like me to fix it, well I don't know man, isn't that your job?...read full review

I've seen a paraplegic move faster then these employees. They could care less about customer care. My wife went to go order some additional tacos for my children and the employees are in the back arm wrestling and nobody could care less about their jobs. I sure hope corporate reads this.
