“Employees need to respect the customer's order when they are asked if the food can be freshly made out of the broiler. I asked this several times and they say they are but I can tell when the meat is microwaved and simply cause I used to work at Burger King in the late 90s. I always end up getting the meat and bread that has been sitting in the steamer.“
“I went to get a whopper meal and coke. I had a problem with the wait time ngl. I was tired and wanted to go home, I explained this to the management and they were so sweet. Both of them undersood my frustration and not only refunded my items because of this (once in a full moon kind of situation), but left me with the meal that I was waiting on with a sincere apology. Yes I wish I would have gotten my food EXactly when I wanted to, but sometimes it doesn't happen that way. They're busy or just simply forget; We are human. But one thing is for sure! The way a manager responds to the problem will definitely create a strong impact on how their team will function in similar situations. “I'm so glad my sister knew they're so close to the hospital. Having dad in the ICU, it was nice to just walk outside and take a breather, we had missed the hospital lunch, kinda glad we did. BK has the 2 for $12.00 plus I got a side of onion rings. Everything was amazing. And the crew were attentive to everything made fast. With a smile. Nowadays you don't really get that. “I prefer BK over Mickey D's. The burgers, fries, and shakes are bigger and more flavorful, my go to burger is the Texas Double Bacon Cheeseburger Whopper. I tried the melt and halfsies, and they were ok. BK is my favorite fast-food burger spot. Burgers are big enough to fill you up and satisfy your cravings. I'm so glad we have one close to where we live.“
