I really wanted to love this place, but I just couldn’t get over the smell…It’s time for the dinnerware to be updated. I don’t know if it was the wooden tray that my fajitas came on, or the wooden bowl that our 6 tortilla chips were served in, or the old wicker basket that was used for our tortillas, or even the cracked and flattened booth seats. To the owner, you have a great location and there is no reason you shouldn't be full of customers from open to closing. Chips are the first thing customers encounter. It sets the tone for the rest of the meal. Mine were so hard and stale they could do internal injuries if not well chewed, except that your mouth takes the beating instead. It's the first time I've been to this place. The carnitas are delicious. The tacos are very well served. The handmade tortillas are delicious. I will return and try more of the menu.
