Domino's Pizza in El Paso

“Ordered over the phone for delivery, Pizza came fresh, except the pepperoni one and i had ordered the 2nd one sausage and ham. Other than that, delivery driver was kind and brought me my meal in a decent time.Excuse the short and slight review i worked graveyard.“

“I’m well aware this specific Domino’s has a sub-four-star rating, and I’ve had a “messed up” order from time to time. That may sound like quite a bit but my family actually orders from this location much more, even more-so when family is visiting. They have went above and beyond to fix or compensate any issue I’ve had; the drivers and workers are typically very communicative and friendly; for how busy this location gets and from previous pizzeria management experience myself I can say they do a dang good job. Ordered tonight and delivery time, the pizza itself, and everything in between was phenomenal.“

“Most of the time i pick up my pizza for fear it'll be cold by the time it's delivered. But it's Sunday, there's football and Xmas movies on the tube so decided on delivery. Pizza was delivered hot and very timely. This place is always spot on ????“

The staff was working extremely hard and being managed by a very professional woman who was absolutely on top of everything (Fri Jan 12th about 7:30pm), I’d like to see this whole crew to recognized by management with something nice for their job well done. I was very impressed with how all the crew members were working together and working very hard, pizza was very good!“

“Domino's Pizza pizzas are very delicious. I have had the opportunity to taste it in several cities and it has excellent quality. My favorite is the Hawaiian with pineapple and peppers. However, although many of the orders placed are for takeaway, they should improve the service and attention to customers who wish to consume at Domino's stores, since the attention is not very good. But otherwise, everything is excellent.“

“My experience with this location is they do an excellent job in making the pizza as good as it can be. I’m talking about , if you had to make it yourself, you’d make it like that. They don’t skimp or haphazardly strewn toppings Willy nilly. It’s intentionally done with love ia what it seems like.“

The sandwiches are good too.Vegetarian options: You can get veggie pizza.Parking: If they are really busy you may not be able to park by the door. You can pull up to their pickup window if you already placed your order. You can't order at the window.“

“Ladies and gentlemen one of the coolest crews in pizza history work at this establishment. As a personal opinion and recommendation please get any of their pizzas thin n crispy as that allows you to fully taste all of their awesome spices they add to their pizza. A robust flavor to their sauce as well as an amazing crunchy crust lets you feel like you could indeed eat the whole pie by yourself and it wouldn't really count as calories as it was just that damn good.“

Store location: 2601 N Mesa St. El Paso, TexasAfter an Uber issue ($25 one way fare- in the app- to go 2 miles), the store manager offered to deliver my carry-out order at no extra charge. I had tried to call and cancel my pizza order after the Uber app (network?) fiasco, and Rob -store manager- was understanding of the situation. This could have gone any of several ways including loss of order and sales. Thank you Domino's for placing value of customer and quality of service ahead of, and instead of, choosing a convenient opportunity to let the situation sour out. My pizzas were the freshest of deliveries I've ever received. 5 star review with impeccable taste. Not my fault or Domino's, today, but Rob and his team did the hero thing and did it well.Happy 4th of July ??*(public posting does not equate to being a public figure)“
