“Arrived a bit late (20 min till closing). I normally would not go to a restaurant this close to closing time, but this time it was absolutely necessary. The manager was super cool about it and personally helped me order my custom pizza. There were no more hot and ready pizzas, which is totally understandable. Great service and delicious food.“
“I placed an order through the app for delivery and ordered a pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños, the crazy combo and the little brownie with M&Ms. The order was delivered via door dash and it didn’t take very long to get the order delivered. However, I was missing my M&M brownie. ? The pizza and crazy bread was spot on, so I called the location and the manager, who’s name I forgot, was very polite and apologetic. She said she would put my name down and that I could go pick up my brownie AND a pizza whenever I liked! Thank you for your great customer service!“

“The hot and ready was both hot and ready when I came in. Didn’t order ahead of time and walked in and out with 2 pizzas in less than 5 minutes. The pizza wasn’t great, but definitely wasn’t bad. It’s a good value when you want to just pick something easy up and not wait for delivery.“

“Pizza portal and no interaction? Usually that's not a good thing but at this time it's a necessity. Ordered and got a message that my order was ready. Sent the kiddo in and she said it's not ready. No one acknowledged her and I went in. The screen said my order was ready but the slot was empty. I asked the girl at the counter and she checked and let me know it was still not ready. 5 minutes later manager asked if i needed anything...ummm yes my order? I told him and showed him the app said it was ready he turned around and my order was coming out. Got home and my order was....perfect! This is the first time I've ever had a slight bump with them and with everything going on I'd say it was just that a little mix up. Being on lockdown Dr's orders I'll order delivery next time but this is my favorite Little Caesar's location. It's clean friendly and great product coming out.“
“The pizza is Little Caesars pizza: it's great for the price, but not the best pizza in the world. We know we're all at Little Caesars for the deals!But I'm rating the location in this review. I ordered on the app around 4:30 pm on a Friday. After I paid, it informed me that my food would be ready at 5:45! I panicked because my husband and I had a dinner reservation (pizza was for our kids), and this time would cause us to be late. So I immediately went into the store to talk to the cashier. He was so nice and explained that times in the app are automatically generated but aren't always accurate. He checked on my food and said they were already making it and about to throw it in the oven. I was grateful that they were moving quickly, but I was most impressed by how nice he was to me. I wasn't rude, but I was definitely panicky. He could've handled that situation with less grace than he did.“
“The two young men working tonight were very impressive in their ability to hold the place down. The place was extremely busy and they only had two people. A line of customers in the drive-thru, parking lot, and lobby. These guys deserve more pay for what the have to deal with. It's the weekend and they have very little staff to support them. I recommended you guys add another guy to the crew. Perfectly made pizza even during the rush! Thanks to these guys your business is still ok.“

“I didn't take any photos, but we ordered the following: 1 Cheese Pizza, 1 Pepperoni, 1 Deep Dish Supreme, Breadsticks, and a soda. Everything was really good and super hot. Customer Service at the drive-through was pleasant, and we went through it quickly. Hate that the prices have gone up, but I think that's everywhere.“
“I always order online and learned to go to the place and let them know, not sure if the orders don’t show up or they just don’t check that often but the times I don’t tell them I’ve had to wait a long time. From my experience customer service depends on who’s working but usually it’s good or great.“

“Did an online carryout order. This place is busy around 6pm most days, always pumping out pizzas. Pack the patience. Was a little passed due the time it said it would be ready, but was still hot and fresh.I scored a Pretzel Crust Pizza with cheese sauce in the middle of there 6pm mayhem and it was on point. Was really good.Waiting area was clean. Young lady up front knew what she was doing and handled every customer quickly. Alot of people were in and out while I briefly waited and there was a huge line in the drive thru. They kept grinding.Props. Keep up the good work.“
“The food is not the best for what you pay for but that is partly due to inflation and not the Little Caesars Franchise. I do like their pizza, it is made quickly and warm, my only complaint would be the price as it used to be $5. I will note that some people complain about their pizza not being cut up evenly, and I do agree as my pizza was cut into uneven slices. But it is still pizza none the less and it is unreasonable to be picky about how a pizza is cut. I believe pizza is pizza and it is all good regardless the size of the slice. The staff at this particular restaurant was very kind and provided good service. I will without a doubt I will be returning for some late night pizza in the near futureParking: Small parking lot but there will always be parking“

Fingernails like that should never be allowed in the food industry. Managers no longer care about cleanliness, I wish they would make their employees keep their nails clean and short. “Waited for the online order placed by my daughter. When it was brought to the car I made the mistake of not checking. I had to immediately return bc it was missing the order of crazy bread/sauce. The drive thru was too busy so I had to go into the store for the missing items. Pizza was incidentally cold due to delay.“
“I went to Little Caesars a week ago last Saturday. The people at work in there. They were all having fun talking about things that they shouldn’t have been talking about. I was not impressed. I knew it was a bunch of kids and a lot of people came in there. They wanted this. They wanted that but the gentleman that helped me Kudos to him he waited on me. He wasn’t involved in all this other stuff but the people at work behind boxing the stuff and getting the stuff in the box those are the people that I had problems with I went in. I told him I wanted the 999. I ended up paying 1999 for pizza the breadsticks, the Coke and a pizza cup that you guys were giving with the NFL and AFL so I was not prepared to do that but he didn’t tell me that it was 1995 until I went to pay. He told me that they didn’t have any 999 pizzas so I wound up paying 9099 for the pizza the breadsticks and also the cup. Hi Diane, and no I did not dine in. I did a takeout order.Parking: Need more handicap parking for that particular store and they need to re-design that parking lotWheelchair accessibility: The handicap that parking lot that I was in which is on Horizon and Alameda has a lot to be desired people that are coming out trying to get onto Alameda from the parking lot cannot do it.
