I am relatively new to El Paso and I went in for breakfast!! The customer service is excellent, the restaurant is clean, the food is excellent!! Super cool spot with fantastic food and full house of Cowboy! Unlike a lot of TexMex food, the food here was refreshing and I could taste the food itself instead of being smothered by grease. This is true even for a fried dish like Chile Relleno. The rice and refried bean both contains nice amount of flavors, not too strong not too light, just the right amount.
