“Very clean they greeted me as I walk in the door. They where fast and nice when taking my order even though it got busy they where nice and smile as they worked on my ordered. Thank you for a wonderful experience I enjoy the food as well.Parking: There was enough space to park between cars and to be able to opean your door and get out with out a hassle.“

“This subway is the most efficient one that I have ever seen. It was very organized even for the lunch rush they seemed to have it all figured out. One person making the sandwiches, another setting tomato's, mayo and other things and the third person was on register. I was very impressed how fast they got the line through. It was a professional atmosphere, some may say they were rude because they stone faced but in my opinion they were concentrating and keeping up with all the orders coming in. “We have frequented this Subway because of the convenience to our home and they are always wonderful! Ordering in app does not give as many options (chips, bread, etc.) as it does in store, but they always have the order ready on time. This is a great and convenient location if you live on Fort Bliss and use the SGT Major Gate as well.“

“I am still learning how to pedal my new CruzBike (replaces my beloved Doublevision of 18+ years, which has been parked in front of many, MANY Subways!), and cycling to downtown El Paso, with the specific intent of nourishing myself here before joining a “Star Wars” ride was accomplished. Actually, only 50% was fulfilled—the ride had been cancelled, unbeknownst to me and two other bicyclists. Anyway, I knew about this Subway location from previous excursions downtown, and was glad to arrive there well before it closed at (19:00), a time that will likely change to later as more people begin attending various events in the fourth most historic area of central El Paso (#1 is Cd. JuarezMEXICO, #2 is currently embattled Durangito, #3 is Hacienda House/Hart’s Mill and this #4 is the close-by San Jacinto Plaza, followed by #5, Union Station/plaza). Parking my new ‘bent beside the plate glass window of this immaculate restaurant, I felt little fear of theft of this machine, a surprisingly difficult to maneuver bicycle to the uniformed, and I was sitting beside it, albeit separated by a clean plate glass window. It was so fantastic to be able to order their latest offering, the Southwest Chicken Bacon Guacamole on Jalapeño bread, with a light dash of Chipotle sauce (my request). Knowing how far I pedaled (at least 15miles/24kms) from my Eastside home, and having to return that same distance, I ordered the better deal—a 12-inch; eating half immediately & saving the other half for later. Whenever I (pedal)(travel) long distance, my fears are always of 1) dehydration; 2) starvation; 3) de-monetization. The last item was not a concern now whilst in the USA or across the Rio in the EUM, but having clean freshwater is always priority wherever. I supplemented my meal with broccoli-cheese soup, vinegar & salt chips, & chocolate milk, repeatedly refilling that container with ice & water. The sole subwoman prepared the sandwich with superb efficiency. I was quite satisfied after consuming this delicious dinner, and had ample energy to continue pedaling. In fact, because the rude was cancelled, I was able to return home much earlier than anticipated and ate the last six inches for brekkie! I highly recommend SUBWAY, and this certainly gets my “Wheel of Approval!“

“I went today and there was a group of people that walked in right before me. I was worried I would be there a while but the staff was on it. They had a great system going and the girl taking the order to start the line handled herself very well. Didn't get flustered, wasn't rude, and set the pace and tone for the rest of the staff. Give that girl a raise, that line went quick. ☺️“

“The young girl (do not care about her name) with the braces needs to be fired for her rude remarks. It's a shame that I have to stand being a target for being ridiculed/hazed for walking around the campus, but I expected better business than that. Another employee was just ringing up my food when he mistakenly addressed me as ”sir” by a mistake. When I happily left and wished them a happy rest of the day, she replied (with a smirk remark)to the kind gentleman that ringed up my food: ”you know that’s a man, right”. I'm more certain I am what my birth certificate says, I'm definitely not the other, or going through any transition of any sort. I can't help the condition I was given at birth, but she can due with more training so she’ll know what’s supposed to come out of her mouth.“

“For this review, I'd like to critique the workers. They worked not only to serve rude customers but a line at drive-thru. They are very patient and met my needs without any problems. Other customers on the other hand claimed that their sandwiches were made wrong. Let's remember that Subway is a place where the sandwich is made in front of you where they ask you (the customer) what you would like on it. If you as the customer fail to see there's an error, it should be told to them immediately and not later when you want to try and get a discount. Great job workers. For working on a skeleton crew, you are doing a great job. My food (and cookies) were delicious.“

“I’ve visited this location several times over the course of the past few weeks. Alexis and Chris have gone out of their way to make sure my sandwich fulfills my needs. No other subway that I’ve gone to has taken the time to make my food look pretty and sincerely ask me what I would like on my order. Not to mention, they all welcomed me/thanked me for walking into subway hahah. It was a bit unexpected but appreciated nonetheless. “I've always been a fan of Subway, I tried boycotting them when they hired Reggie Bush, but sometimes you just gotta have an Italian BMT. Lucky for me they've done away with that undeserving, cheating, overrated spokesman, so I win. Like Texas won. When we beat him. \m/ This is my favorite Subway in El Paso, and no, its not the closest to where I live. It is consistently clean, the folks are friendly, and it doesn't get overly crowded around lunch time. They also have a drive thru for those times when you are feeling lazy. PS Your car will still smell like bread yeast after you eat there, wouldn't be Subway if it didn't :)“

“Surprise find. It's located inside of a gas station. Even though it was close to closing, the bread selection was good. They do close earlier than some of the other Subways. Service was prompt and courteous. Everything was covered and appeared fresh. Overall a good experience and a good sub!“

“This is my favorite location in el paso, the only thing I have ever had a problem with is the drive thru (if it's not working/if it's closed put a note on the DRIVE THRU menu board not the drive up window). That and the app could be updated to include everything the subway has. If you leave it under the notes they usually accommodate you but sometimes they don't see it. I've suggested it before in the past but nothing was ever changed *“

“Visited on a Sunday afternoon and was the fourth or fifth person in line. There was only one worker working so it was very slow. But before that i went to the drive thru and waited but didn't hear anything so i drove around and decided to go inside and that's when I saw only one person was working. He was friendly and gave me extra bacon on my Chicken Bacon ranch sub. Store was clean and all the tables and chairs were packed up because of covid.“

“The food is really good, but once again it's a little pricey I think that the prices need to be lower than what they are because they're not selling anything that's exotic.Parking: They only have like 12 parking spots and when they are full it is difficult to get into Subway.Wheelchair accessibility: They do not have wheelchair ramps or railings although wheelchairs can get into the business.“

I made my order, looked up at the menu to verify the price, and when I looked back down, my sandwich was already made. I was completely taken by surprise as I did not expect it to be completed so fast. From walking in, to paid sandwich in hand took no more than 4 minutes...with people in front of me. I went back again the next day, and the next. Each time my sandwich was made quickly. Very impressed by the efficiency of these particular employees. I was also grateful as this particular week gave me little time for lunch.Maybe I was lucky with a good lunch crew? Perhaps it was remedial training to increase productivity due to the bad ratings? Either way, I hope they continue the efficiency trend.“
