Wow! Just wow! Absolutely wonderful experience. The food was on point! Ceviche was amazing! Flavor profiles were balanced and fresh. So impressed!Side note, it’s counter service, so you order at the counter and then seat yourself. A few reviews mentioned not being acknowledged when they entered the restaurant. There’s no clear signage explaining the counter service and I think that’s why people say the service isn’t stellar. We had great service at the counter.

To start, this place is open. The people are cool. Ordered nachos with Al pastor as, an appetizer. Holy hell! Best Al pastor I've ever had. Best nachos I've ever had. Great queso, roasted poblano peppers, pickled red onions, thinly sliced jalapeños for delicate touches of heat. I mean, honestly, these nachos are the most balanced appetizer I've ever eaten. So my partner has been talking about a 3-way, and I've been hesitant until I went to Valentine's. Funny thing when we got there they didn't want a 3-way, they decided on a paloma (I'm talking about drinks, get your mind out of the gutter). Both were worth doing again.
