staff is friendly but my drink looks like the initial film cover was broken and they tried to cover it up with another but it wasn’t even sealed all the way and had my drink leaking and spilling EVERYWHERE. don’t work a job if you can’t even do the bare minimum of your job.

I would never go back to this place again. I keep giving it the benefit of the doubt for 3x now. Today 9/30/23, was the worst. There were 8 customers including us in the tiny space. 2 ladies have been waiting almost 30 minutes for just 2 drinks and apparently 1 of the drinks the person didn’t know how to make. The large family that came in after the 2 ladies all got their drinks first. Then the mother and son after the large family was being helped before the 2 ladies that have been waiting for a long time. 1 of the ladies asked why is it taking so long for their drinks. Well they were apparently forgotten. 1 drink was just placed in the fridge, and the other was sitting out. I don’t blame the lady for not wanting the one just left out for who knows how long and wanting a refund. She was frustrated and had to leave her name and number for a refund. The mother and son finally got theirs and as they were walking out they tasted their drinks. They both had a look of disgust and when they got outside I saw them throw them away. My experience was waiting forever for someone to come to the register were you order yourself and pay yourself, because I had a question of the pumpkin boba that was advertised on the wall. The music was so loud in there they couldn’t here me say excuse me 3 times. When 1 of the workers was bringing someone’s drinks is when I was able to ask. She didn’t know anything about any of the promotions they were advertising. Then we waited 20 minutes for our drinks. As soon as we tasted them, they were so disgusting. My boyfriend even thought the milk was bad. My stomach started hurting and we threw ours away also. The 2 ladies working tonight… are absolutely the worst. They kept saying they have a lot of orders coming in. But you can clearly see the fridge had 1 drink in it and they were making it 1 by 1. I will continue to go further out for now on to make sure I get a decent boba drink that won’t taste disgusting or hurt our stomachs.Edit: my stomach started making curdling sounds and I started vomiting. The health inspector needs to take a look.

I wouldn’t come to this place if you payed me! I came in and ordered two drinks and the place was empty, people started coming in and placing orders and they got their orders first. I simply asked what’s the hold up with our drinks that family got their drinks before us she said the girl is new doesn’t know how to make that but the family had the same drink I did so that didn’t make any sense I asked for drinks remade she declined said is have to wait when I ordered before everyone else . So I asked for a refund she said she couldn’d do that either I get trying to get orders out but you are supposed to go in order you can’t have people waiting for two drinks when your sending out 6 drinks and I’ve been sitting waiting for 20 mints and I didn’t even get a refund . Hire people that aren’t kids and can keep up with order of things .

Warning! Make sure your dental plan is current!Long time customer. My kids and I used to come in often. Lately however, the standards have been slipping. I came in and ordered a boba milk with extra boba and the boba was rock hard. I called to let them know so no one else would break a tooth on the boba. She informed me it was because "I came in to early and that boba was from the night before." These were her quotes!.. "that there was no way I could get my money back because I had already drank some of it" after a long pause, (I wasn't expecting that response) I asked her how was I to know things were not right unless I tried it. Her response was 'thats our policy'. Now, this is the second time the boba was way too hard. First time, I just let it slide. We all have bad days... its okay. I would have been okay with driving up there to get a replacement but the assumption that I might be attempting to get a free drink was was in the air. I offered to bring what I had (it was full) back but she was pretty fixated on 'not getting screwed over'.Damn, I was so close to my sixth two dollar off coupon.Lost another 3 loyal customers.I will gladly drive further for our next boba fix.

Visited 1102 boba tea today and ordered my usual large strawberry boba smoothie. Everything was good but I was very disappointed today in the way my drink was not filled all the way up. one of the workers kept on huffing and puffing due to customers and entering the store. Therefore I feel like she wasn't doing her best in preparing well served drinks into the best of her ability.( worker with glasses) repost sorry!

No real service to speak of, just a kiosk and some people in the back that took way too long to make one small smoothie. I don't usually write reviews, but I clearly had enough time and my experience was so bad that I had to. I wrote this whole review and it still wasn't done. Kind of ironic when it's supposed to be the "express" shop.Had to come back and edit my review after actually trying my drink; the smoothie texture and flavor was decent, but half the boba was too chewy, and the other half straight-up hard.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I recommend Feng Cha instead.

The store has a kiosk to order at in the front. There was staff out in the front and I had questions when ordering however once we were in the store for a bit, they went to the back and did not come out again until after drinks were made. Because staff was inaccessible, I put a special request and hoped that they would come out to ask me about it or to adjust it. The staff completely ignored my drink comment and didn't say a word to me about it. I found out when I got my drink and when I tried to ask the staff about it, they gave me conflicting information and told me ultimately they couldn't modify any drinks if it wasn't already preset. There's virtually no customization to drinks here. Drink wise, the boba was under cooked and hard. Also, the brown sugar syrup still had sugar grains and wasn't fully dissolved. Also, the cup was extremely sticky. I got the Tiger Sugar Boba Milk, and if they were a bit more cooked, the flavor would've been nice. At $8/drink, it was definitely not worth it.

My ratings are from me who use to work at the establishment. The drinks I made were good, the service rating is for the owners and the atmosphere is how I felt working there. The owners sometimes Report the comments and have then deleted when they don't like the comment so let's see if they delete this one. To future employees that get hired there, if a problem is to ever happen and you were present they will fire you even if you weren't the problem or had anything to do with it. I was sick with the flu and couldn't afford to go to the hospital for a sick note, the owner would not contact me directly and had one of the other employees contact me and say if I didn't bring in a sick note i wouldnt be on the schedule. By law in Texas you have to be out 3 days to require a sick note. I was out for two. Another time the other owner had fired a very good employee and while at the shop the fired Employee had shown up with his parent since he was a Minor at the time and they wanted to know why they were fired. The other "owner" refused to come out from the back and talk to them and told a new hire who was on their first day to talk to them, putting them into the drama. The very next day they were fired without cause. My district manager defended the employees that got fired and the owners took her off the schedule. My district manager got surgery and was only supposed to be out three days. They ignored it and took her off completely making her quit because she wasn't making enough money to support her and her kids. they will put you on the schedule without notifying you. I was fired without given a reason along with another co worker who worked with me the last time I worked who wasnt even part of the problem. all the drinks are good, the people I worked with we're great. But those owners do not care about their employees.

So the hubby wanted a bubble tea and kept asking over and over again. So I looked online and this place was near us so I drove us over. It's in a rather busy strip mall so parking can be at a premium if you come at the wrong time.The shop itself is pretty small. There's no one up front to take your order so you have to do it on a tablet, no problem for me but I did notice several people having issues with the ordering system causing a large line to go out the door.I ordered the Strawberry Boba Milk. It was good, basically strawberry milk with boba, I had also asked for custard and paid for it but they didn't include it. I wasn't too happy about it but I'd already left. The prices were a bit high for the lack of service and the size of the drink. I'd stop in if I was nearby and it was the closest shop but even for a local business I'm not going out of my way for a chain shop.

this location has the worst customer service. as soon as I walked in, I received not one greeting. I waited about two minutes for someone to assist me until I realized that they only accept orders through the kiosk. I then ordered and it took 15 minutes for them to make just two drinks. not to mention, it was very hot in the store. through this entire time, I did not see one worker face to face nor did they speak to me at anytime. I only saw them through the curtains in the back. a woman gave me my drinks and apologized for the wait but that was about it. I will never visit this shop ever again.
