“Always excellent. This is my long term favorite for food, drinks ambience and service. The regionally sourced menu is marvelously unique and the flavors are always well-balanced and terrific. Prices reflect the quality. I've never been disappointed by an experience at Bonnell's.“
“I love me some Velvet Taco!! I've been coming to this location for years, and I always have a great experience! They have good music playing and a cute little patio. It can get pretty crowded and hard to find parking, but there's a good reason for it. Their menu is to die for, with flavor combos you won't see anywhere else. I personally love the tikka masala taco and the shrimp and grits. They're SO GOOD, I've never found anything else that can compare. I also recommend the curry queso, which has a nice touch of coconut. It's truly unforgettable. Special shoutout to Nikki at the register for being so friendly and welcoming. I can't recommend this place enough!!“
“I’ve been here a few times and I’m never disappointed. They have nice flavors and good chicken. The service may take longer than others but it is definitely worth it. Additionally they have a drive thru making them more convenient than other chicken places.“
“Everything we got was superb. Complimentary champagne, the most amazing salmon appetizer, filet & ribeye, and finished it up with crème brûlée and lattes! Excellent service.I docked the atmosphere due to the group sitting behind us talking loudly about doing drugs. I normally wouldn’t dock for other guests, but several of the waiters came over to join in the conversation. It was very odd to me.Vegetarian options: I did notice there were 2 main dishes that were vegetarian and multiple salad/soups and sides that were.Parking: Parking was a little difficult. We found a spot just around the corner from the restaurant on the street. All street parking is free after a certain time (I think 6:30 or 7:00pm).Valet was available but we did not use it. I read it was pretty pricy and I wanted to save that money for some Crème Brûlée!“
“Im 55 I've never been too Twin Peaks. I've been too hooters a few times..Yes in my younger years I went too other places heck yeah...?I'm Dad age now.. I have a daughter. So I didn't take my daughter, I took my SON. Yeah he liked the food. ??The restaurant, the atmosphere, the service, the FOOD.Outstanding.We had the best $$ Hamburgers I've ever been served.5 Stars all the way..Put some shorts on come on...“
“Savanah was amazing! The last time we were here, our wings were soggy, she suggested to put the sauce on the side and made sure to order our wings extra crispy for us, and they were perfect!!We also never received a beer that didn't have ice. Prompt delivery every time!Overall a great experience!“
“The food is great. Really really great. The service is impeccable. (Shout out to Letty and Robert) You should go, and spend money, and tip well. These people are killing it. This should continue to be a treasured Ft. Worth Institution. Please take my money, and maybe please put the crawfish etouffee back on the menu?“
“This place is awesome! They've got god knows how many board/card games (literal bookcases filled with them, just like my blood father used to have) and the food was pretty good. I had the grilled chicken sandwich (no sauce, can't handle spicy stuff) with sweet potatoe fries (sweet potatoe fries!) And sweet tea. So that stuff was great at least. The tables are nice and sealed, staff was friendly, general atmosphere/patrons were great, nothing particularly critical to comment on from my end.Date wasn't a fan of her cosmo, but I don't drink so I can't comment on that.Speaking of which, great spot for a date (first or otherwise) as well as a good family spot, just make sure your kids aren't the rowdy type (but isn't that something to keep in mind for everywhere?)They were also cool with you bringing in your own games (we played magic: the gathering personally)Bring your partner, bring your friends, bring your family. Bring your games! It's a great all around spot, and they've even got outside tables if your the sort for that (I don't recommend it if you're playing a game, pieces/cards can get blown away too easily.)Kid-friendliness: Idk about you guys, but I've been playing board and card games since I was a kid, and I would've loved going to this place back then.“
“When in town celebrating our anniversary, we were excited to find info about Taste Project. We loved the 'pay-what-you-can" model and trusted Google reviews. Even if it was just a basic breakfast, sharing breakfast/ brunch here would not be a waste of our time. What we didn't expect is that our brunch at Taste would be the best food we had through a weekend packed with fine dining. Those were good. Taste is GREAT! I spent the next day wondering what is coming out on the new Spring menu and planning our quick return. We had the Breakfast Biscuit and Miso Cod. The biscuit included perhaps the best bacon I've ever tasted - layered in the biscuit with fluffy eggs, cheese and cranberry-pomogranite jam for the incredible balance of savory and sweet. Do not sleep on the breakfast potatoes! They are so crispy and well seasoned. The Miso Cod came with recommendations and did not disappoint. It was sweet, fresh, beautifully presented and turned one in our group from "I don't like fish" to "'That is the best fish I've ever had and may need to add as a disclaimer that 'I don't typically like fish, unless it's from the Taste project!'"Thank you for the wonderful meal and challenging us as we go out to help others"taste and see the Lord is good" (Psalm 34:8).“
“I have wanted to eat at this restaurant since learning of it from an Anthony Bourdain show (think it was “No reservations”- but can’t find the episode). It was low key- and my visit was more about sharing an experience with family and homage to an admirable fellow human. The three stars are not a negative reflection of this experience for atmosphere- but a homage to Bourdain - on how he might paint a picture of a low key establishment featuring a dark and western themed corner of the west- sprinkled with a savory dust. The rabbit /rattlesnake sliders - are a “must taste” experience. My oldest son had the elk sliders (appetizers), and finally learned that chewing thoroughly (instead of wolfing) was much more enjoyable (despite taking three orders to fill him).My steak was perfect. No steak has ever been better than my own, but the prime rib being seared was definitely my preference on how the dish was served - and the seasoning used- was unique in that it brought forth and accommodated the essence of the beef.Whether a fan of Bourdain or not- everyone should have a LD experience - and accommodates any other activities might explore at the stockyards.“
“Love all the healthy side options. We need more vegetables and fruit options in our diet. This place has a nice selection of healthy sides. There are too many carbs that have been genetically modified by man. It is making us sick. Eat healthier.“
“ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! Well worth the wait for a home cooked meal done RIGHT! We were greeted with a friendly and warm smile upon entering and thanked for stopping in. Our lovely waitress was eager to help us decide on what to try. As first time diners, we didn't venture out too much from our comfort zones. I had the meatloaf with a side of green beans and scalloped potatoes. Hubby had a cheeseburger with a side of dirty rice. Everything was served hot and full of flavor. Fantastic! The dessert case was far too tempting to avoid partaking. We got the brownie cheesecake, Italian cream cake, AND Hubby's favorite, German chocolate cake to go. I have no doubt these homemade goodies will far surpass the taste and quality of any desserts we've had in some time. We will definitely be returning customers!“
“There are few places we have been that have better service and a more attentive staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was paying attention, bussing tables, filling waters, smiling, and engaging. The food was very good, piping hot and well seasoned. Don't miss the key lime pie, it's spot on!“
“Took my daughter out for a rare treat. Food was great but spent much more than I planned. $28 for two burger combos. Food was hot, fresh, delicious.I would recommend it to anyone looking for a home style hamburger with quality ingredients, but on my fixed income it's not a place that I would be able to go to often.BURGERS ARE HUGE THO!!?????I got the mega, daughter got the double cheeseburger. Neither of us could finish in one sitting.?“
“My husband and I have been here about 4 or 5 times now. Each time we have gotten something different. Everything we have gotten has been so good. 2 things stand out for me. 1, the seasoning on everything is the perfect touch, and 2, nothing is greasy! tots and onion rings come out crispy but NOT greasy. The burger I got today was juicy, flavorful, toppings piled on, yet NOT greasy. apart from the great food, the staff are attentive and as sarcastic as us, so a great fit. We will be back again for sure!!“
“This is a hidden gem of an upscale dive bar and restaurant. We say at the bar where Currin and Sarah were on point! Super friendly, and they never let out beers get empt even though the place was packed. This is also a family owned local business, which we love to support. We had the adult Mac and cheese and the chips and queso, both were really good. We'll definitely be back to try more of the food and listen to some karaoke.“
“Great seafood. Excellent service. Drink recommendations based on our preferences we're on point. Good oysters. Tartare was great. Crab cake was all crab and so Delicious. Capellini Nero is squid ink pasta with lobster; it was so good and there was so much food we were stuffed. Diver scallops on potato cakes were the best I've ever had!“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Towne Grill, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. Britney Mills, our server, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfection.Britney's professionalism and attention to detail were exemplary. She effortlessly guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations that truly enhanced our meal. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made us feel welcomed and valued throughout the entire evening. The ambiance at Towne Grill was delightful, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable dining experience. The food was simply outstanding, with each dish prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a culinary delight.Overall, I cannot recommend Towne Grill highly enough, and much of that recommendation is due to the exceptional service provided by Britney Mills. Her dedication to her craft and genuine passion for ensuring customer satisfaction truly sets Towne Grill apart. I look forward to returning soon and enjoying another fantastic meal served by Britney. Five stars all around!“
“Met a girlfriend here for lunch and we had a ball. The place is really clean, the food is so yummy (even with my restricted diet), and the decor is fab! Make sure you grab the cucumber water from their patioVegetarian options: You get to pick you protein on most things so it's easy to get exactly what you want! And everything is clearly marked if it vegetarian or veganDietary restrictions: They also clearly make their gluten free options which are numerous INCLUDING DESSERT“
“We had an absolutely outstanding experience here. It was our sons 16th birthday and he and his friends had a fantastic time. Ourserver Bella was amazing as was Sean. We highly recommend the pretzel appetizer, the Diablo pizza, and the chicken. Fried chicken was outstanding! “
“We hosted a welcome party the night before our wedding for all of our out of town guests and it was a great time! We were able to reserve 8 lanes for our group and had enough room for those that wanted to bowl but also plenty of space for those who did not want to bowl to just relax and eat and drink. We worked with Kelsey for the whole event, who was super helpful and attentive to our many questions and ideas, and the event went off without a hitch. I would strongly recommend anyone hosting an event to work with Bowlounge!“
“I got a chance to eat here at lunch today and the food is incredible! Everything looked wonderful, and I hated having to just choose one meal. I had the roasted vegetable lasagna, which was fantastic. It’s a shame. This is not closer as I would be there very frequently, but I cannot wait to go back and try some of their other foods.Vegetarian options: Seem to have several vegetarian options on their menu, and at the counter that are not listed, and they are fantastic!“
“What can I say about this place? The food was so good I wanted to slap some body. The people or nice. I'm not from Fort Worth but if I was this would be a weekly spot for me to eat. And you might think the price is high but you will not finish your meal In one sitting. So I ate some at lunch and took the rest back to the hotel for dinner later and I still didn't finish it. Go by and check this place out it is really good.Parking: It's a parking lot with lots of spaces what more can I say.Kid-friendliness: I walked in and young kids were sitting enjoying their turkey legs.“
“Love this place. The food always feels so fresh and when they open up the windows on a nice sunny day, it's an outstanding place to stay for a long lunch. I've never had a bad experience here; the servers are top notch. Today I had The Fried Rice bowl with quinoa "meatballs." It's my favorite thing there. I've tried to duplicate it at home to no avail.“
“They did a magnificent job transforming this location from the "Snooty Pig". It is decorated like a 4-star plus restaurant you'd see in a nice area in a big city. We were there at dinner time on a Friday night. It was very slow, surprisingly. If it was in a different location, the bar would be full of people! We had a family of 5 eat two appetizers, the spinach-artichoke dip and the clams. They were both amazing. I used all the bread and ordered more just to soak up the juices and sauce. We thought they were just a bit overpriced by about $2-$3 each. We ordered the Ribeye, the Sirloin, and the Seafood Pasta. It was all very good. My only issue was pricing. The location and average pricing compared to other restaurants of the same caliber makes me believe they are slightly higher priced by $4-$6 per main dish. My daughter got the chicken strips. They were so huge and of great quality. The sweet tea was refreshing. However, it had a weird after taste. The wait staff were good, especially when we had to send the sirloin back because it wasn't medium. It came out very "blue". They recooked it perfectly. We will definitely be back when we have a little higher budget and want good food!“
“Extensive menu. Have tried several dishes and they all were pretty good. Today I had smoked salmon Benedict, that was really good. The portions are cutting down a little bit but I don’t have any problem with that. The wait list system is pretty good, they can seat you within 10mins.“
“Today was gorgeous on the patio, Reagan did a wonderful job taking care of me. I was having a much needed me day and she elevated it by indulging me in friendly conversations. I've been here before but Today was special, wine and medi dip does a gal right!! If you want great service and the best overall experience ask for Reagan!! Thank you Press Cafe and to the amazing Ms. Reagan!! Definitely coming back for happy hour ???? ?? ????✌️? Cheers!!!“
“The place has a nice atmosphere and great service but the prices are a little high and the food isn't at the level of what you pay for. Is it bad? Not at all. The double smash bacon burger was the best of what we ordered. I got the tequila lime chicken and it just tasted like burnt corn. Steak was ordered med rare and came out well done. Service was great.“
“I really enjoy my burger. Also, it the meal came with fries and a drink. Which is a bonus because most places are starting to do a la carte, and it's making everything expensive. I will be back.Parking: They have a limited amount of parking spots, due to it being attached to a gas station.“
“Quaint & homely family restaurant, extremely friendly and attentive staff, good food. Went out of their way to ensure our experience was exceptional. Highly recommended .Parking: Clean parking lot with wide spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get in and out“
“We came to Reata while in town on spring break. We booked a reservation for 6, but decided to go early. The table was ready when we arrived, but we went to the rooftop bar for one drink first. It was fun and a great view! We then were seated right away. The waiter Brandon knew was knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant’s favorites. My husband got the carne asada and I got the citrus chicken - both so yummy! Oh and actually can’t forget about the biscuits and cornbread they brought out first - amazing! Then for dessert we were shown all the options and given explanations. We went with the dessert tacos which were fabulous. And overall we spent just under $100 so not too shabby! Definitely recommend!“
“It took a long time for our waiter to take our order. We were waiting for a possible third person but informed him that we weren't sure they were coming and would like to order. He disappeared for awhile and our friend arrived and it still took a long time for him to take our order. Other than that the food was excellent.“
“We dined here for the first time before a concert at Dickie's arena and thought it was one of the very best meals we have ever had. The hospitality was on point from the moment we arrived. The restaurant is cozy and inviting. Because we knew we were going to indulge in dessert, we didn't order starters, but fully enjoyed the complimentary basket of fresh-baked muffins and bread. I decided on the carne asada with enchiladas for dinner and my husband couldn't resist ordering the chicken fried steak. Bring your appetite, because the portion sizes are huge! The food is absolutely delicious! Ordering from the dessert tray wasn't easy because everything looked amazing and our server's descriptions made our mouth's water. I ordered the West Texas pecan pie and my husband had the banana pudding. Both were out of this world! Definitely save room for dessert. You won't be disappointed!“
“First timers at this diner. What a GEM!! The food, DELICIOUS, The service, ON POINT, The Ambiance, COUNTRY BIKER. The wife had the migas, wow, just like mama used to make. I had the weekend AYCE buffet. ($16.99 adult/$11.99 senior/ $8.99 kids). What a selection, Omelettes anyway you want, Eggs anyway you want, French toast, pancakes (see picture for flavors). And a huge sides station. I had three eggs over medium, bacon, potatoes, toast and pancakes. All for $11.99. I could only do one serving but if you have a huge appetite this place is for you. The food was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was so on point and friendly. Kudos!“
“Had another fantastic visit to Wishbone and Flint. Our server Spencer really knew his stuff, guiding us to try the Dutch baby and Stacked enchiladas - both were absolutely delicious! He was also super thoughtful with our two-year-old, making sure to mention the honey in the yogurt parfait. It was fine for our toddler, but we really appreciated his caution and care. Our little one loved the Parmesan truffle fries and the parfait. Enjoying those dishes on the patio with perfect weather and the unknown vibe made everything even better. Left wondering why we don't come here more often. Definitely planning to return soon - Thank you for the wonderful time Spencer!Kid-friendliness: Knowledgeable staff make it easy for toddlers to enjoy their time at the restaurant.“
“This was our second time here. Both experiences have been outstanding! Our first visit we sat at the bar, had a quick app, drink and watched some football.(parents weekend) This time we stopped in on a busy Friday night. Although it was busy we were able to be seated quickly at a table. We had prompt service from our waiter who was very busy but extremely friendly and patient with us when we could not decide what to order and had questions. We were pleasantly surprised with how quick the kitchen was able to turn our food order around on a busy night. As a bonus: there was a band playing and a good mix of families and younger people dining. We arrived about 7pm on what may have been a bit busier of a weekend as it was the Cowtown Marathon and TCU had a Mom's Sorority weekend. I was in town for both.“
“Reed was the best very knowledgeable about the menu n drinks n friendly service n he went beyond the call of duty give the man a raise n they got the crispy hash browns right the first time that only happened one other time at waffle house in Mansfield thanks Reed I will be asking for u every time6 stars reed.“
“Very nice bar and eatery with a plethora of beer! The food was good and the service provided by Taylor Ann was excellent! We had the Black and Blue Sandwich and the Paco bowl. There is a really neat Beerknurd club and all the drink tasters have great memorabilia on the wall. Definitely worth a visit!“
“Harkening back to the mid 1900's, Lucile's always looked like what I feel was fine dining back in the day. I finally got to go last night, and it was absolutely everything that I had thought it would be. Classic dishes, homey decor, and impeccable service all combined to make a wonderful dining experience at a reasonable price point. The lobster bisque was prepared exactly how I like it, their open faced prime Rib sandwich was incredibly good, and that key lime pie was beyond delicious.“
“We went to The Post at River East to see Davy Knowles. The venue was intimate for an impressive acoustic set. (We've seen Knowles the last three times he's been in DFW, and the acoustic show was our favorite.) Service was especially good -- warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food good; we only had a Pinot to drink, but it was more than respectable. A great evening! Thank you!!“
“Today was my first and definitely won't be my last visit. While looking over the menu the owner gave us complementary homemade porkrinds, throughout the visit the owner was very warm and inviting to the customers of his one of one restaurant. He clearly had lots of passion and heart involved in his business. That's always my favorite thing to see in a "new to me" restaurant and im always on the lookout for it.I had the fried chicken po boy with an awesome captain crunch breading and well seasoned fries and homemade dipping sauces. It reminded me of the times I get in the kitchen and experiment with something new and it turns into a new "you've got to try this!" conversation with a friend. The menu was full of really cool ideas like that. I plan on coming back to try more of them.“
“Cute decor, welcoming atmosphere and great customer service! Bartender Sydney made greater suggestions to accommodate my citrus allergy. Gave four stars instead of five just because they don't offer Apple martinis which are my favorite! Other than that great place for Saturday afternoon hangout!“
“This is a must-stop every time we come to Fort Worth. We've been coming here for a few years and love supporting small businesses. This is a family-run business, and they put extra care in everything they do. We are coffee snobs, and this coffee is very delicious. The pastries are delicious as well. I have too many to list, lol.“
“The food is so good and flavorful. The rice is moist and not dried out—very fresh! Food is served quickly. Only negative is that they give you only an hour and then they want you gone so they can seat the next group which makes me feel rushed.“
“We have a great time here. Best bowl of beans around. We usually bring a big crowd in with us. It would be awesome if the owners would splurge on new chairs. The chairs have been VERY VERY VERY used. Definitely got your money worth on those. Great place to hang out with friends. Owners are very cool and down to earth kinda people!“
“Spent the weekend in Fort Worth and found My Cafe in a strip mall area. We had breakfast, and it was very good. They seem to have a wide variety of different breakfast foods. My dtr had the oreo pancakes with a side of eggs. I had eggs, sausage, and toast (nothing exciting, of course). The staff was very helpful and very friendly. There was plenty of parking, smoke-free, and handicap accessible. There was also an option for outdoor seating as well. Hope to return in the future. Happy in Texas ?“
“My wife and I had our anniversary dinner here last night, and I couldn't have been more pleased all around. We shared Beef Carpaccio for an appetizer. She ordered the Kiwi to My Heart tequila cocktail, and I ordered the Cherry on Top rye whiskey cocktail. She chose the Bacon Wrapped Quail, and I chose the 12 oz filet mignon. The drinks were unique and delicious, and the meals were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Summer was our server, and her attitude and energy were both amazing. I recommend reserving a table around sunset because the view you can get from the 12th floor patio is a serious Ft Worth secret gem. The restaurant is located in the Frost Bank high rise on 6th street. To get to Branch and Bird, use the Frost Bank main entrance. Head to the elevators and find the touch screen to select "Branch and Bird." The restaurant entrance is straight off of the elevator from there. 10/10 would recommend.“
“Always ask about the daily specials! This past Saturday I had the blueberry french toast and it was amazing! Doesn't even need syrup; just dig into this berry load breakfast and enjoy the delicious ride! If you want great food at a fair price, this is your breakfast place to be!“
“We love CCG! It has a cheers atmosphere and we love sitting at the bar and meeting new people. The staff is fabulous especially Loren, Ariel and Scott and Hunter. I feel bad because we have been going there for 14 years and I'm just now writing a review! CCG has 5 stars for us! Come check it out!“
“Dead End Trading Post was a pleasant surprise to say the least. Plenty of parking, super laid back atmosphere with amazing food! We had the brisket tacos and potato skins and we were both full. Live music on the weekends! This place is a hidden gem y’all, go check it out!“
