The server disappeared for much too long. The sushi and rolls are good, but nothing to set it apart from other good sushi restaurants. The worst part of the whole experience was the obnoxiously loud club music that made it difficult to speak to the server and the other person at my table.

The quality of service provided at this establishment leaves much to be desired. Upon my arrival at 5:25 PM, I was not attended to until 5:33 PM. Inquiring about Happy Hour, I was informed rather curtly that it had concluded at 5:30 PM. Despite the apparent lack of busyness in the restaurant, staff members seemed preoccupied with personal conversations and mobile devices.Initially served by one bartender who subsequently left, my second drink was delivered by another bartender. However, when I attempted to order a roll, it was overlooked until I was served another patron's meal. Only then did the bartender realize the oversight and promptly input my order. Upon receiving the roll, its dry and pre-made nature was evident from the texture of the rice. When brought to the attention of the second bartender, I was met with a dismissive response suggesting that I should have raised the issue earlier.Despite expressing my concerns and showing the review I intended to write, it wasn't until summoning the manager that any action was taken. While the manager acknowledged the lapse in service and offered a refund, my primary desire was not for reimbursement but rather for exemplary customer service and fresh, quality food. It is evident that the staff would benefit from coaching and development in consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences, irrespective of the restaurant's occupancy levels.What made this SUPER uncomfortable is that the manager was informing the culprits as we we were talking only allowing the employees to hurdle up again and stare at me saying they weren't guilty.

Food was pretty tasty and very nice presentation, but unfortunately a very small portion size per dish at a high price. The service was really nice and staff seemed happy.Nice atmosphere. They have a floating aquarium by the bar area that's pretty neat.This is a good place if you just want to taste good food, but not so much if you're looking to leave with a full belly.

Delicious, crispy brussel sprouts were sweet, crispy and cooked perfectly.Highly recommend brussel sprouts and tuna tower, everything else was also tasty.2 bottles of sake2 apps3 rolls$127 including tip.
Great food, great ambience. Employees are super nice! The manager is amazing, she was always paying attention to the tables, if something came out wrong she came immediately and fixed it. I always come here and now I will come here more.

Every time we go the experience gets better and better!!! We live over 100 miles away and go at least once a month!!! This last Friday March 8th we sat at the sushi bar so our 6 year could see.... the awesome sushi chefs made the experience for her so incredible... thank yall so much!!!! We will be back soon. God bless!!
