I recently ate at Boun Thai Bistro and it was really nice. The place felt cozy and welcoming as soon as I walked in. The food was super tasty. I tried the beef pad and it had just the right mix of flavors - sweet, tangy, and a little bit savory, all at once and the mango sticky rice for dessert was delicious.What made the meal even better was the staff. While in NRH, I googled a vegan restaurant near me and this was one that popped up. I decided to give it a try. I’m guessing it was possibly the owner who took my order but he was very nice and answered all of my questions. I settled on the Coconut Soup with Rice. OMG!!! The flavor is AMAZING!!!! The portion size is great!! I will most def be going back. A+
