OMG! I love this place! Amanda is the greatest, she just makes everyone feel welcome! And all the staff are super friendly. The food is phenomenal and I didn't l like chicken salad before trying it here! I literally haven't tried anything here that I didn't like! ?

Always liked chicken salad, but Chicken Salad Chick takes it to a way new level . The food is always fantastic, love the melts, service is outstanding and the cookie that comes with you plate is amazing. Highly recommend !

I usually don't post reviews but I just had to share my thoughts.I pass by here everyday from work and decided to place an online order. I got a melt meal with sassy Scotty, added bacon and lettuce and it was sooo good. The croissant was so soft and flaky and the grape salad was chef's kiss! I've already been twice this week! Thank you.

Just picked up our online order and it was missing all the sides. When I tried to call and check on it, no one answered and the voicemail is full. Terrible Customer Service.

I love this place. They give you several flavor options for your chicken salad like jalapeño or "Barbie-Q", and several ways to eat the chicken salad. I always get a BBQ chicken salad sandwich blt with a broccoli salad. They give you a pickle and a sugar cookie which is always great.

Wow...so ashamed!!!! Mid June...gets dark very late and was clueless it was 801pm....I walked in ( already closed), and without even blinking an eyelash, ANDREA takes my order!!!! Was getting my DP and just mentioned..."such a nice place, where is everyone?"Oh, we are closed she says!! Ugh x Ugh..I was so embarrassed ?!!! She let me eat anyway and I was out of her hair in 8 mins!!! Absolutely....like British Airways or Cunard Service!! Food was delicious....And I shall be back!!
