Not sure what's going on with the hours of operation but, the website is showing business is open. Drove all the way from Saginaw, TX. Pulled in the VACANT parking lot just to see a small hand written note stating business will be closed until January 23rd. I visited the restaurant just before Christmas and the hostess told me and other customers they would be back in full operation on January 16th. Keep in mind if you decide to eat here and you don't have any issues burning...read full review
Very good food. The chicken fried steak was juicy and delicious. The mashed potatoes were very good. The staff were very good, however, it was apparent they were short staffed. Will definitely eat here again and highly recommend for others that want very yummy fried food.

While visiting, I stopped by. Service was great and efficient. Got fish filets (spicy) w cabbage and greens also got Pork Chops w yams/beans......we enjoyed our food and desserts (sweet potato pie and peach cobbler).
