The food is great. Really really great. The service is impeccable. (Shout out to Letty and Robert) You should go, and spend money, and tip well. These people are killing it. This should continue to be a treasured Ft. Worth Institution. Please take my money, and maybe please put the crawfish etouffee back on the menu?

I grew up in Fort Worth, but have been away for years. Long before Ellerbe’s opened, but I have heard such good things from friends and family over the years that I knew this was the spot to host my parents 50th anniversary dinner. The team at Ellerbe’s made it so easy to organize an event for 20, even though I’m thousands of miles away and we had to do all the planning virtually. Food was good, service was incredible, and a wine list one can find hidden gems that aren't overpriced. My kind of place!I had a sou-vide prime rib that was a good cut of ribeye and had great flavor. Wife had the beet salad (very good) and duck confit. Duck was a tad dry but otherwise had good flavor.We washed it down with the Alpha Omega and a CDP selection.Overall, very good. EFF is definitely in our rotation now when we visit Ft Worth.
