Specifically this time i noticed their team member Anton going table to table just to offer extra service like ketchup, napkins, refills etc. Guy was a total professional and went above and beyond to make not just us, but the whole restaraunt satisfied after they got their food. He was always there when i needed something, it was better service than regular sit down restaraunts in the area.“

“Yes there are other restaurants here but after a few days of trying new expensive things, my wallet didn't like me and the kids wanted something familiar so shake shack it was. The chicken bites however were too salty and my youngest refused to eat those so she shamelessly "shared" my lettuce wrapped shack stack burger instead (cheeseburger with cheese filled fried mushroom on top ). My oldest eats up 75% of the cheeseburger and had no complaints. Fries were hot and standard. The employees were working hard to keep the environment clean and we really thank them for their effort.“

Nevertheless, my order was correct, food was hot and well-prepared. The Oreo cookie funnel cake shake was decent, fries were crispy and seasoned. I highly recommend the shack stack. The overall burger was great, and the fried mushroom made the meal worth the cost. The staff was friendly, and the dine-in area was kept clean. My entire meal was $24. I got my husband the vegetable lo mein and I got the fried rice both with the black pepper chicken. The single combo is only $9.99, and of course, they pack it on. “We have been here two times. The first time was great. Excellent, fast service, great food. We had chicken tacos and mashed potatoes. Clean dining area. The second visit was an unpleasant disaster. Apparently, there was a dinner rush prior to our arrival. All but one person was in the back taking a break. The girl at the counter was nice and helpful. Once we ordered, our experience went downhill. We waited 15 minutes for our food. Nobody else was waiting on an order. There were no small drink lids. We had to ask at the counter for them. All of the tables were dirty. We had to get someone to come clean a table for us. Then it was too wet. We had to get napkins to dry it off so we could sit down. The floor had trash all over it. The trash receptacles were overflowing. The chicken in our tacos was cold. We brought it back for hot chicken. That took another 15 minutes. With nobody else ordering ahead of us, it took 30 minutes to get a hot meal and a clean place to eat. I love the food. I have a sensitive stomach, and El Pollo Loco is one of the very few fast food places that doesn't leave me ill. I'll be back for that reason. Hopefully, this one negative experience will be a one-time thing.“
