Myself and two others stopped in for a sweet treat after having dinner. When we drove by the long line had me rethinking my decision to give them a try, but once we got in that line it moved very quickly. It actually gave us a few minutes to check out the extensive menu. Many flavors of gelato, of course, and other items like macarons and crepe desserts are available. We went with simple cups of gelato with some classic flavors like Stracciatella and Amarena cherry, but we also tried something new to us, the refreshing Lime with Basil. Each flavor boasts a smooth, rich texture, indicating authentic craftsmanship. And the Lime with Basil was a surprise. Not as sweet as something that I would choose for a dessert, but what a great palette cleanser! While prices are slightly higher, the quality and natural ingredients seem to justify the cost. The staff are helpful and make the experience pleasant by offering samples and explaining the flavors. The store is sort of small, with seating both indoor and outdoors, Despite is being a fairly busy Friday night, we didn't have any trouble getting a table. We were so excited when we came across pelicans because they're based in Louisiana and they definitely understood the snowball assignment. So we ordered vanilla bean and strawberry.Since we're sharing the ice cream and cone, I told myself it's okay to order 2 scoops. Vanilla on top, strawberry below, in a vanilla cone. But oh boy it was gigantic and it took the 3 of us a good 15 minutes to finish. The vanilla was surprisingly sweeter than the strawberry but I really appreciate MELT not adding too much sugar and using fresh ingredients. We can really taste the difference. We will come back when we're in the stockyard. Hopefully, the kids will at least let me try chocolate then.“

All those other online order possibilities were expensive and many not available for same day delivery. I literally tripped over Tiff's treats and placed an order for the birthday box by around 9 am. The variety of cookies were warm delivered the time I picked in the early afternoon. The delivery driver had to deliver the cookies to a senior living community with several buildings to the apartment door.
