Went through the drive thru, placed my order and I repeated it twice, and my order was repeated back to me waited a good time even though it wasn't busy. I got home andy order was not right, I was shorted items ?. I called a few times and no answer. Not a happy customer.

I should give one star but Lance is the only reason I will not. I order two of the 3pcs egg rolls and only received one. I came back to the drive thru and explained I only received one. Lance apologize but the RUDE manager implied that I didn't order two. She argued back and forth with me and the pulled up my order and saw that I did. She then gave a faint apology. They got the order completely wrong. The display in the drive thru was broken so I couldn't confirm the order. Ended up spending ~$12 more because she made both burgers into meals when I wanted just one. Instead of spicy chicken, I got the regular chicken... Suggest you take as long as it takes to make sure they get your order right before you leave the window... Good luck
