“UPDATE: gave them another try and it was exceptional! Everybody has off days and am glad they chose to make it right!Placed an order for delivery a litte after 2 pm on 2/25/24 and this wasn't the greatest . My food wasn't jimmy johns standards. The bread tasted like it was old and I definitely didn't get extra mayo or sauce as requested. Have been craving a JJs sub but this just wasn't it. Will try again and hopefully it'll be better next time.“

“I order from this location numerous times a week when I forget (or am too lazy) to pack a lunch to bring to work.. they are super friendly and their delivery drivers are on point.Sometimes by the time I get off the phone they are delivering less than 5 minutes later. The JJs by my house needs to take note. Food is always good and bread never stale. Just wish they would extend their delivery hours especially on weekends. If you don't call it in before 4pm they can't deliver.“

“We went to get some dinner after a long day in the hospital. The food was very good but what I really enjoyed was the staff. They were happy and we had a nice conversation about my Saginaw Rough Riders shirt as one of the employees had gone to that school. After a very stressful day, this interaction was very helpful and much appreciated.“

“SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO THE SOUTH FREEWAY MANAGERS AKA THE LATE NIGHT JIMMY CREW! These guys were not only super nice and helpful, but they did it all while dealing with me -- the most annoying customer ever— AND they did it all right before closing time, AND all with a smile and helped me get it all right! These guys EVEN walked me thru some stuff on the app - ALL WHILE STILL CLOSING! Like…..whaaaaaat??? I mean I have always loved Jimmy John’s, but these closers on SOUTH FWY really went above and beyond! **Spectacular** customer service and great attitudes- I will definitely be returning for another awesome Jimmy John’s experience! “My husband and I were out running errands and I started to get hangry, so into Jimmy John's we went. I didn't want any greasy fast food. I wanted a really great tasting sandwich. I asked my husband to order for me and he did, but left off some of the veggies that I love. The gentleman that made my sandwich, wrapped up some cucumbers and packs of mayo to make it the best sandwich ever.“

“Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Matthew! He was the only one working when I had to place a large order. He didn’t even flinch when I handed him the 2 page order. He was super attentive, and clarified on confusing specifications. He got straight to work making the 14 or 15 sandwiches. He absolutely went above-and-beyond by labeling everything, and separating the orders according to the requests on the paper. I was shocked when he appeared next to me with the large order in his hands, and asked where I was parked so he could carry the order for me. Sandwiches were successfully delivered, and were all correct down to the smallest details. Needless to say, those sandwiches were toast after my crews got ahold of them. Again, major props to Matthew. He is amazing. We will definitely order from this location in the future.“

“Ok I hate to give this place not a 5 star rating but I am watching two employees talk and have a very intense conversation and 1 person working. He taking orders and making the sandwiches. He did warn me that there were several sandwiches ahead of me and I honestly I am okay with waiting! But feeling bad that he is the only one working.I have been to this location several times and it’s never fast, but always good!!! So willBe back!I was in the drive through with a car In front of me and waited five min and thought going in might be faster. I pulled around order and the guy that was in the drive through just walked in. No one ever answered or acknowledge him on speaker. I can hear him and GF talking about…It’s the only reason I am writing a review, NOT to complain but to acknowledge his hard work!!! The lady did eventually jump in and was diaper sweet to let me try a hot pepper! Anyways- not complaining acknowledging his hard work!!!!“

“The staff here is wonderful, always smiling, laughing and enjoying there work, they put customers first even if that means stopping a cleaning project halfway through climbing down a ladder lolol. They take care to make sure the store being fast food, still stays clean as possible.“

“Never had a problem with this particular Jimmy John's. I place my order for pickup, walk in to pick it up, and I'm off to eat it. Employees are always friendly and the sandwiches are always exactly how I ordered. With their rewards program, there is almost no reason not to eat here.“

“This has been our favorite lunch spot for years. The owners are wonderful, and the pride of their work really shows. They've taken the time to get to know us and greet us with a smile. Any other location pales in comparison! I highly recommend supporting this business.“

“The food and staff were amazing. They are really nice and fast. My sandwich was perfectly made, the veggies were nice and crisp and the bread was very soft fresh. The manager came out in the dining room and was talking to the customers as if she had known them forever. It was such a great atmosphere to be in.
