2nd time here. The prices on the "card insert" which was a lesser price was not the price on the bill. Regular charges applied. Ordered an appetizer, and it never came but was also included on the bill. Didn't address the issue but not sure we will use the same waitress next visit. Our 1st visit, waiter Jordan, was GREAT, ATTENTIVE & HONEST when it came to the best bang for buck. Unfortunately on our 2nd visit he was off.
I've been going to Joes Crab Shack over 10yrs plus at the Western Ctr & 35S in Fort Worth. They have the best team and management. Especially James who's been managing that location forever. He's always attentive to all the customers and that's what keeps me, my family and friends keep dinning their. THANKS JAMES AND ALL THE TEAMS MEMBERS OF JOES CRAB SHACK OFF WESTERN CTR & 35S. KEEP IT UP. WE KNOW YOU KEEP THAT LOCATION RUNNING LIKE CLOCKWORK.

Went to Joe’s last night and Gracie was our server. She was amazing!! Such a sweet smile and fantastic service. I love crab legs but went with the fish & chips… yum! The food is good but the atmosphere in this place is what brings us back. The manager always stops by our table to check on us and the vibe is fun and friendly!Kid-friendliness: It’s a great vibe and you can relax because your kids can be kids.
